The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
@Snowking
I, and many others on this BB value your contribution. Thank you.
But what exactly do you mean by "I spoke to prem", and what is your relationship with them?
Did you send a tweet that was replied to? Cold call/email the contract details on the bottom of a PREM RNS? Attend a virtual Major Investors Conference call with the Board? Have Boerwors and fillet steak at a braii with George Roach?
As everyone knows, the information feed on PREM is a bit lacking, and knowing this would help with verifying the statements that are made, and in decision making on investing.
That confused me, seeing the timestamp of the article as 14 July 2021, then realised that it is an Australian publication.
They are living in the future, and lithium looks good in that future.
There are more Satellite imagery providers than Google. Public and private.
If considering investing very large sums, then spending a few £k on buying or commissioning up to date satellite or aerial imagery to validate claims of drill sites existing is probably a sensible thing to do.
Haha. Another comedically poor set of photos that I'm sure we'll be deleted soon once they realise that they do the opposite of reassure investors.
It looks like they are building a new base for a shed.
That is about a days effort for a few guys with the correct materials and tools, what have they been playing at since EPO granted?!
That's kind of my point.
If the leak is widely enough known that it has allowed 2 full trading days of large scale institutional and big pocketed retail investors, then why is it not widely enough known that the info appears in the more 'public' forums?
If something has been leaked, then surely it is in the interest of those in possession of the leaked knowledge to let it be more widely known once they have bought in.
There are plenty of users here and on the other channels, you would expect that somebody here would know what this supposed leak is, and for it to leak further without finger pointing to insider trading.
We have been waiting all this time for proof/evidence of an 'established drilling camp', and PREM think that this is sufficient?!
I own neither a field, a lorry, a pickup truck or a Twitter account, and I'm pretty sure that I could recreate those photos myself within a couple of hours.
Those photos are laughably poor.
@shouston
No problem.
Hopefully it has raised a smile somewhere. Maybe Parody George Roach Twitter might like it
Here is the picture that we all want.
Should hopefully help to return some confidence.

It really wouldn't be difficult for a date marked photo of a drill next to a PREM branded Hilux to be posted to PREM's Twitter account. That would be unlikely to be classed as insider information as it is core business and has been stated that it should be underway now. It would provide a lot of reassurance.
Much more useful than a link to a month old article about how lithium is used in electric car batteries.
I see another RNS has been released correcting the date.
Not the most confidence inspiring that they don't know what year it is.
On the bright side, if they are still living in early 2020 then they haven't seen the full horrors of Covid yet.
One thing that I don't fully understand is the optimism bias. And I am also guilty of it.
Posts saying things like " - I reckon funding for the DFS (circa £5m) is already priced in" suggest that 'the market' is smarter than the average retail punter on here, and that the price is already corrected for an inevitability.
If the market is truly that smart, then why hasn't it priced in for the huge amount of lithium etc that is supposedly in the ground and close to being proved?
And immediately before 0.20 again?
Agreed.
Often the articles linked to are at least a week old.
Feels like someone at the PREM office with idle thumbs doing a Google News search for "Lithium" + "EV", when they should actually put their phone down and start doing something that is actually newsworthy themselves.
It is unprofessional filler.
If the news story is that important that they want all PREM shareholders to read it, then it is a week too late.
It also has a typo, which is not really a great sign of competence.
@Robrob999 was that 11 post dig aimed at me? If so, I'm on 12 now!
That article is over a week old, and nothing contained within has any link to PREM.
I think it unlikely that they will be working together. But, if they are, then a Twitter link to a week old article on an obscure website is quite an unprofessional way to announce news.
That is great... A couple of choice quotes:
"Businessperson Who Has Impressed You Most: I do not know any successful mining entrepreneur who is completely honest"
And
"Miscellaneous Dislikes: Dishonesty – that is a huge issue with me"
Any way of finding out if this is an individual or institution buy?
Looks like some kind of Webinar tomorrow.
Not sure if it is hosted by PREM, or just set up by some fans.

Anyone know anything?
