Unless RRR can come up with a decent amount of money I think it is unlikely that the Kenyan Government will issue a licence. Also the local itinerant miners will have to be accomodated.

Couldn't RGM just sell their half of the coal mine to Legacy Hill. After all they are the "turnaround" mining specialists. RGM could then chase the next latest trend.

Couldn't agree more with your second paragraph Ctw. Babis needs to be accommodated regardless of how unpalatable that might be. Perhaps a seat on the board and a fat salary. Still plenty of meat left for the rest of us.

I thought that for a mining licence to be issued the applying company had to demonstrate that it has sufficient financial resources to comply with the licence conditions.
