I'm an amateur and unfortunately for me didn't reap the benefits of the rise. I haven't learned anything from the more knowledgeable on here because there hasn't been much of a response to the RNS which I take to mean people aren't excited. My personal thoughts are that there are 2 possible outcomes, one being that there is something good coming and the new shares will allow certain people to take advantage or it is just a way for them to raise revenue, personally I think the latter but hope for first option .

Not sure there is anything about that RNS that the market should like. If you are an optimist you can see possibilities that things will improve, but given that nearly every news release this year has spoken of warrants, accounts with no meaningful figures, or news of what this company is actually doing, and now roughly plus 12.5% new shares it is hard for me to feel optimistic. As always happy to be proven wrong, but one statement about being involved in a shopping platform that is still promising to be running by summer 2025 doesn't cut it with me. Sorry to anyone I upset here.

Latino - RNF is just another name to add to a long list of people who have turned up here this year talking as if they have invented the wheel, the rest have all disappeared over the horizon when they have failed to make a fast buck at the expense of others. BTW my original question was genuine, it just looks like a massive dilution to me that I predicted this week, it doesn't seem to me that this is moving anywhere because as you said it has been on the main market for years, just an attempt to raise cash to stay afloat. I only have a small stake so not concerned but I can't get excited.

As always I am happy to be wrong but it just looks like the RNS I predicted on Tuesday.

It's not just the market that isn't getting it. Why are some of you getting so excited about this ? Isn't this already listed on the main market? Sorry for the questions, I'm a tad confused here.

Looking ahead to the second half.......? Is that the second half of the decade ? It's getting increasingly hard to look ahead to the second half of the year, there are only about 30 days left.
