Sports Direct has similar debt to DEB - normal or these size of businesses. Still worth in the hundreds of millions to billions.

Next is worth 7.5n. DEB and HOF combined with the right leadership in place could match this kind of valuation in the future

If the future is secured here expect a massive re-rate (even with new shares)

£200mn mcap isn't far fetched

So even if they issue 100% new shares to double the shares in issue, it's worth 100m at todays value, so about 8p per share

As far as I know it's possible that he could invest via a rights issue, but they could agree a decent price for them (i.e not billions at 0.5p)

Monday will be very interesting indeed. Board pushing MA to squeeze him, 5p would be rejected they've indicated imo. Let's see what he wants to do. Love him or hate him, he doesn't give up. £150m is a lot of money to walk away from even if you are a billionaire..Won't happen

Agree with most of your post, however, I feel that avert pre-pack by way of loan/support etc from SPD and MA, and we're looking at a bigger rise than formal bid. 5p is 61m mcap. Secured future of DEB with support of SPD, mcap likely to look more like £200m for starters imo
