Total Maiden JORC compliant Resource of over 1.2 million tonnes of ore covering a small fraction of the Gakara Project - confirming for the first time the scale of the deposit

· Three areas (Gasagwe, Murambi South and Gomvyi Centre) are very high grade vein stockwork deposits - totalling 12,491 tonnes of Total Mineral Resource at an average TREO grade of 55% (compared to average rare earth project grades of c.1-4% TREO)

· Kiyenzi is a very large, lower grade mineralised deposit with nearly 1.2 million tonnes Mineral Resource at an average grade of 2.2% TREO employing a cut-off of 1% TREO

· The Mineral Resource is based on only four out of the 28 mineralised prospects across Rainbow's existing Mining Licence - indicating significant further upside for future exploration

· The Exploration Target for very high grade vein ore (on a consistent 2016 basis) has increased by 70% following work undertaken across the deposit since IPO in January 2017

· Rainbow plans to rapidly bring Gomvyi Centre and Kiyenzi into production during 2019

But all we need to know is this from last RNS barely 1 month ago. So unless GE and CMEC changed their minds on coal in May 2019, they're still planning to go ahead with signing this $1,000,000,000 deal..

China Machinery Engineering Corporation Vice President, Fang Yanshui, commented:

Not sure what the government have to do with it at this particular stage

But yes, I know that commercial points were not yet finalised up to about 3 weeks ago so they will have been negotiating these.

Namely, back costs, developer fee, etc. Should be c.$60m total and 40% interest for NCCL.

Would be great if they paid 10m up front and 50m at financial close.

Tbh the market is so shi tt right now it's probably better to wait. Want to see 130-150% on a monster RNS. Not a piddly 60% for AIMs biggest deal of 2019 so far

Personally I think the next dip will catch many out (if there is one).

They'll expect the usual morning dip and think they can trade a few or go trade elsewhere for the day but will get quickly locked out.

This goes NT very quickly when it's gonna move. Just over 300 million shares total and most of them held tight. Not many floating about.

On JDA I hope there's no spike but just a gentle re-rate through the day to fair value considering the size of the deal. I don't want wild swings and crazy treeshakes.
