VALUATION

We have valued the company using a DCF approach with a discount rate of 14.2%. Using this approach we have derived sales and cashflows based on demand forecasts for the company’s initial geographic focus and only focused on market statistics for deliverable offtakes. This gives us a central case valuation of 78p per share. Narrowing the market to binding offtakes gives a low case of 14p and increasing to all offtake deals gives 166p. Finally widening to all geographies except China gives 314p.

I almost never post, but read these messages almost daily. I bought in at 25p in 2014, sold at £5.50 in 2021, bought back in from 33p and have bulit a very sizable stake across my Pension and ISA's. I live in Sheffield and was invited by Justin to the Inversors day, but very sadly ended up out of the Country on the day of the visit - someone else benefited from my loss! It's been a long haul, and this is the total game-changer I believed would happen one day. A very well done to Dennis and all the Team at ITM. Fantastic news.

I might do a mixture, take part of the offer and leave some invested.

True, they could just ramp up "management" costs to a point they never make a profit or issue dividends.

Maybe I keep my shares and become a pain-in-the-asre minority shareholder.

They may eventually offer a better deal to get rid of the minorities after the event.

The main investors will also want a return, dividends will start flowing.

I'm not sure I'm willing to be turned over like this!
