Hi, anybody know when the next divi is due?

Only thing I can see is the pod cast coming up on the 29th so perhaps people anticipating positive recommendation. Shares are also not very liquid which helps when demand increases :) Still, like you not complaining.

What happens now? I'm a redd shareholder and don't understand why Redd shares went up and Northgates down both by significant amounts. Can anybody advise when the new shares will go live and at what price. Was holding Redd for its divi. Does anybody know when the next divi date is for the combined group? Thanks

Does anyone know when the buyback begins?

I was wondering that. Can't remember the last time this amount of shares were sold without any movement in price. Delayed deals perhaps. Reading between the lines and making 3+2 = 5 the fact that they said in the end of year report that they were looking for sensibly priced companies possibly indicates they are in negotiations but can't agree on price.

Don't get it. I thought the RNS paints a good picture with profitability being in the next set of figures as shouldn't be the exceptional items and the two previous purchases should be more fully integrated and yet people are selling. Not sure why, perhaps no forecast of acquisitions but then that shouldn't be expected in this RNS. Starting to think I don't understand shares.
