Emoov have made clear their plans to list on the market, they are desperate to challenge purple bricks (also listed on aim) Now common sense tells you that JXC who are in control of a cash shell (more) and who have invested 9million will be front runners when emoov choose to list. I believe the hold up for more has been the merger with tepilo and urban which has now been completed. It also makes sense as to why more have not beeen very active in terms of talks with other company’s for a reverse takeover. All IMO DYOR

I have spoken to Jamie Stevenson and he has not sold a single share. Jamie is also in contact with James cox who also is holding strong. The RNS merely states which broker they hold with. Good luck all let’s enjoy the ride here and make a few quid too

Let’s imagine for a minute the 9million JXC investment in Emoov was on the basis of Emoov going public and RTO into Monreal which JXC are the largest shareholders. Then imagine they wait while the merger with Tepilo and urban was finalised. (It is done now). Then imagine the absolute silence on the deal that cannot be jeopardised as it is absolutely huge. Now you see why there has been radio silence. I think this is where we’re heading but wtfdik. If it is Emoov RTO into Monreal then we’re talking huge gains!!!!!
