Couerdelion, i wouldn't read too much into day to day movements in LUCY. It is such a volatile stock and it has had a remarkable run up the last few days.

Everything is looking up. LUCY surging back. £4.1 million for the new AI company. BELL and SALT expanding nicely and Guident looking solid. With the interest rate cutting cycle now well underway the only thing holding back the SP is the lack of trust in Cliff, as far as i can see.

63% of £6.5 million is £4.09 million TopCatz, so a little bit less.

What is the 'ladies' comment supposed to mean?

This is certainly unexpected. It looks like Cliff hasn't been completely idle this year. He has done well, 7% of an expected £6.5 million market cap is a considerable payoff for him. Could be a lot more if the new company does well. I personally think he should perform for the shareholders before he receives such outsized payouts. At least he will be incentivised to see it succeed rather than just receiving the £0.25 million a year in salary.

I am quite positive about the new company. These sorts of AI service based models can be very profitable with low overheads it can go up very quickly. They are obviously bullish IPOing so quickly and with the strong list of customers already signed up. I would like to see the potential for the market size and their market share. Shouldn't there be a prospectus if it is listing in 2 weeks?

Overall happy. Takes one of the main funding needs off TEK's back and reducing any prospect for a serious capital raise. Can't see TEKs SP staying at these low levels for long.

Usually when you get a firm lose a lot of shareholder value, there is a response from the board and/or management to reassure shareholders and explain what steps are being taken to address the issues. You never get any of that at TEK.

Probably has more integrity than most to be fair to him TopCatz. Was from the pre Johnson generation.

Point of Information 6.25 is not the lowest. I believe it was below 5p before.

There is a feeling among myself and others that Cliff is too chummy with the board. That they are not providing effective oversight.

He used to be very active and we haven't really seen him do anything for over a year. Just a short 10 minute audio interview a few months ago.

I wonder if BELL are a takeover target now? Market leading products, strong revenue growth, access to Asia markets and a deep undervaluation...

I expect BELL to raise on favourable terms however they end up doing it.

There is a difference between trying to raise money when you are an early stage speculative penny stock compared to if you have just ramped up revenue massively and you are just needing working capital to fulfill orders.

Yes, patience is all you need. I think the same sort of thing will happen with TEK share price sooner or later.

Supply shock kind of got in the way of the BELL success story for TEK. I think the market is drastically underestimating the chance of either SALT or GUIDENT, or both being priced in the 100-200 million range in the next couple of years.
