Guident is the only one which isn't publicly listed and that will change this year.

I think that the numbers are good, but the market is very skeptical about Cliff. That will remain the case until proven otherwise.

Do you think that Cliff actually ever does anything? Since the GENIP IPO i can't really imagine anything he has had to do. What is TEK doing these days other than watching their investments from afar?

Yes, i wasn't advocating they sell it. I think Microsalt will triple over the next couple of years. Just find it interesting the undervaluation. Could be a buyout as well as you say.

Am i right in thinking that TEK could theoretically now divest it's Microsalt holdings and give a special dividend of around 12-13p? And still have its 4 remaining holdings..

The opportunity is there. The opportunity has always been there, but this company has done nothing but disappoint. Always misses targets and poor communication and use of funds, and no reason to suggest this won't continue.

The communication from this company is terrible and always has been.

This would be a good target for a takeover. Good product and pipeline but with an incompetent management who can't execute and with no credibility. You just can't raise financing in this way.

It is hardly a surprise investors are excited. This is a very fast growing business with around 1000% revenue growth a year currently.

I think with SP substantially below NAV share buybacks a better use of funds. I hope that SP stays low until they have completed the current share buyback program.

I think you have that wrong Couerdelion. Not by May but profitable by late in the year. Not sure if FY 2025 will be profitable either.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Guident was a takeover target. It is a very impressive company.

That article was a few days old. If it was that it is a delayed reaction. With a stock like this it only takes one or two investors to take an interest to shift it.

And included GenIP in the list as well.

Funny. One of my companies buying out another.

I think traders have been conditioned to expect range bound markets whereby gains aren't held. Beyond the penal spreads i think it risks missing a steep increase in the stock value. As noted previously these small stocks can move very quickly and very far. You may take a 30% profit and miss out on the 500% profit. Either from a good news release or just a tight float.

My personal approach is to hold if i think it is undervalued. You never know when and where it may jump and you don't want to miss out when it happens.
