You are correct but when you rely on information from the top horse's mouth then, of course, there is a positive reaction, DS needs to be educated somewhat as he seems to do a great PR job but needs to deliver on what he says, if not then it has a negative effect

DS should release an RNS just to say the CPR will be delivered during !!!!!!!!!!!!!!, as he hasnt delivered on early March, Should be a lesson learned from his flowing gob
