I understand where your coming from but looking at it from potential and future clientele I would want to be reassured there is integrity with the company I am dealing with, at the moment it just taints SYME image if AZ can not correctly close the book on it. I am pretty sure also if he did it would add a few points to the SP ready for the next meaty RNS for more legs.

Gotham, I wasn't going to post but that is a ridiculous comment. All some are looking for is RNS to debunk, nothing to do with being impatient. If SYME is that broke then I will pay for the RNS

With regards to your reply below which is a good start, I am still not that comfortable with the fact AZ is not releasing an official RNS to update the market and investors of his intentions in detail, any con man can reply like that to questions.
If this was my company being ambushed then I would most certainly be making my intentions clear officially.
See this is where doubt and suspicion start and provides ammunition to those who seem to be in the driving seat as nothing is currently being defended with any good corporate governance.

As such and as you have had a reply may I ask you a favor and ask AZ if he intends to release and RNS as concerned above.

That is for sure but if you have had a really bad investment experience then you become a lot wearier.
MYSQ was an eye-opener on a lot of fronts.

I agree, this needs to be closed down asap with official RNS to put investor's minds at peace.
No way should AZ be sitting back and accepting this and not reacting.
There is plenty of corruption in this world so I would assume it a wise move to rebuff and mention legal actions being taken
