BJ please tell me your not that deluded to think AIM companies don't need to raise capital in one form or another. AIM companies are here for that exact reason. Go find me an AIM company that has seen its SP continue to rise in first 3 years and find one that has not had to raise capital. If any investor does not expect an AIM company to raise and dilute then really you should not invest in any companies here.

Genie out the bottle news might come from Eric that surges the sp so premium needs to be paid,

He has cash, even if it's tied up in assets .. who ever wants to do this takeover will need to act within next couple of months or much sooner while sp is suppressed for better deal,

Buzzy, very good perspective on possibilities, personally I am in agreement that the someone or subsidiaries of a holding company are accumulating for thr purpose of takeover, Eric has an option where as he could purchase a significant portion of the shares to prevent this possible takeover, he has the cash I am sure. If there isn't a takeover I think PI,s will get better value in the long term if those are willing to wait. But as you said which ever way this goes will be positive, my advice if you have the funds, load up, I am looking forward to news flowing this year, gla

not sure if there are enough shorts left to have a real impact, we are now at a level this could seriously take of on low volume, bit risky for shorts but that just my opinion

From a contractual perspective the whole BOD,s would need to assess this, i wouldnt be surprised to see another board or non exec join that is Myanmar government connected after licence is issued, its called local content :)
