Sec filing statement says 250million ADS, which is 500million uk shares registered for Nasdaq, which 250million is for raising cash I presume, don’t know where the 672million came from but only 500mill registered. All very confusing, they have to raise money so an IPO is on the cards unless they have already sold shares??

Seems strange they did not release the data, one would have thought they would have to as any price relevant data has to be released. My only guess is that it just confirms what they said about it already , ie: it works.
But I still think they should have released it!

Exactly Shirazkhan39, I missed the call but am I delighted to hear that , more patients could be on trial , stands to reason ,Foralumab is gonna work and we shall know before 2022.

That the board would not be sitting on there hands and waiting for listing as the courts gave them permission months /year ago to go ahead. They don’t need shareholder permission to raise cash or hire people as it was/is a Limited company so they can do what they want( don’t know wether OTC makes a difference though). So I look on the bright side but I’ve got a feeling I may be wrong
