The Company will shortly proceed to file a registration statement for the new Accustem Shares with the SEC and create a new registered Accustem ADR program. The Accustem ADRs will be distributed to the holders of Tiziana ADRs as at the Record Date as and when the registration statements become effective. This is likely to be on or about the date upon which holders of Tiziana Shares receive their new Accustem Shares and it further likely to be on or about the date upon which the new Accustem Shares are admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc (subject to appropriate regulatory review and approvals). The Company will endeavour to ensure dates coincide for these events in so far as is practicable and will publish additional updates to timelines in due course.

This is only for ADR holders at the time.
Surely for UK LSE shareholders ,we need to be informed formally that we will be getting ADR’ s 2 for 1 ADR and not UK shares???

Don’t forget the initial news on StemprintER was in ASCO and was well received! Perhaps the diagnostic market in USA see’s This as very favourable and the fact of its superiority and not very long to commercialisation will let Accustem command a decent value on flotation.

The objective of the Demerger was to maximise value to the shareholders of Tiziana through the further commercialization of StemPrintER™ and its assets and intellectual property. The demerger will allow the Company to continue these commercialization efforts as a separate listed company with cash reserves of approximately £1,000,000. Subject to our Ordinary Shares being admitted to a Standard Listing and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, Tiziana has agreed, pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Demerger Agreement, to invest not less than £2,000,000 in our equity securities

£2mill extra not £3mill sorry.

I did read on one the documents that in the demerger agreement, that Tils are contracted to purchase shares in Accustem after listing to the value of £3mill , I remember thinking that’s the placing to enable Accustem to move forward.

Tils is committed to inject cash into Accustem on floatation maybe, but as it’s ’our money’ we will own more of Accustem, and just seen the Articles of Association for ACM (Accustem) I think it’s gonna be sold.Anyone else seen this as my memory is questionable, Need foralumab for Alzheimer’s. Tils is a lot further down the road, multi billions in sight.But Accustem is billions in its essence but the time is near, few months and all will be different, or told you a good story,as if.
Or can they just keep Accustem private, for themselves, play the courts for there gain, they have said what will happen,but timeframes , who knows. Nuf said.

It certainly is a trial to understand Tils RNS’s.
My opinion is the trial for progressive MS will still go ahead. 60 patients.
The expanded access is given to specific patients who have no other option, as with this Secondary
Proggresive MS patient has no other option, so a blessing in disguise,maybe.
I think we are still on track with all already mentioned trials (timeframes excused lol ).
So still no bad news , maybe this single patient will respond well, that would be a bonus for all.

Compassionate use is good. If it works , well what can I say.

Does he have to Rns price info or is informing the market of an imminent statement enough, who knows?
A sell out released on Bloomberg, is that ok, partnership, on going trial with good results,stop worrying we are progressing. A bit of earth shattering news would be good and welcome.
