Thanks the friendly comments-deluded !
The 2025 Annual Report 30/6/25 says that that -QUOTE -"Bezant is the recipient of Blackstone Mineral shares with a value of approximately £5.8million...... and in excess of Bezant's current market capitalisation".
The value of Blackstone shares has reduced over the last month so Blackstone shares ar worth about £4.6m against a Bezant share cap of £6.71m. Do you think the difference of £2.1m is a fair relection of all Bezant's value excluding Blackstone? If not then I conclude the value of Blackstone shares is NOT fully reflected in Bezant's market cap.
I do not know if the Virgo IPO rumour is true or not. I think it might be (credible). Bezant needs a reported $10m to build the mine plant at H&G. CB has said this could be a JV but the JV partner would have to be fairly substantial to provide that sort of sum.Looking at this rumour of an IPO of Virgo , who actually are the 70% holders of H&G, and are or were ( I can't ascertain their current status) quoted on ASX which is a more mining friendly exchange, and with a ready to go mining project, may therefore be a suitable IPO candidate. (maybe the Blackstone /IDM situation has shone a light on this as a possible way of attracting the capital necessary)
There is a logic there. I'm not sure I like it but this discussion board is for discussion , not making nasty comments,
Regarding the Blackstone shares , I do not have enough information on the likely progression and therefore the prospective value of them as an investment compared to selling them to provide some funds.
