I’m going with 1.75p on Christmas Eve. Think we will see some profit taking for Christmas that will hold it but totally agree a major multiple rise in the NY with news of mining rights etc.

More probable that Strand Hanson were brought in to have some sort of input to the arbitration. They do state on their website that one of their specialist areas is disposal. That would make more sense. Timing of appointment makes sense too.

Maybe that’s why they brought Strand Hanson to broker the deal. Lot more money involved with Perdevlei than Walviskop if the reports are accurate.

Might want to revise those 7p targets.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Perdevlei mining rights are issued before we hear the outcome of the arbitration. RNS states if no appeals are lodged in the 21 days the DMRE will proceed to issue the mining rights. That implies minimal delay to me and the mining rights imo are a lot more valuable that the sale of the mine.

I think someone worked it out as tomorrow so you’re in the ball park. Today or tomorrow. That’s if KZG started it promptly.

The 21 days in which an appeal could be raised against the mining rights for Perdevlei will be coming to an end if not already finished so I would expect an announcement of the mining rights being received in the not too distant future.

That target of 5.14p valued Perdevlei as the same price as Walviskop. We all know that Perdevlei is and I quote ‘34 times larger than the current area’. Good times ahead I think. The fact that we now have an off take agreement in place will make it much easier to move the product from Perdevlei when the time arises. DYOR!

For arbitration is Tuesday. I’m really not worried about that. News of off take agreement and mining rights for Perdevlei is going to move the price. Not too long to wait for this either.

Directors have bought in here at 1.2p. You would expect they know what they are doing so any buy here under 1.2p is a winner. A very simple approach and I agree they aren’t always correct, but they are privy to news that us are not. Dennis even mentioned with the addition of Perdevlei, not sure I spelt that right, but it could be many multiples of current sp. We wait and see but remember DYOR!
