When can we expect results of today's general meeting?

I assume with the reference to Bletchley, that well known ramper and writer of carp has been posting again, I, thankfully, no longer see his nonsensical posts thanks to LSE filter.

So, does that mean a lot of sellers before 9 am, or a lot of buyers?

So, tomorrow at 09.00am a general meeting will decide if the energy business and the IP is to be sold, if so then according to the company :- "it is therefore expected that the distribution to Shareholders will be �nil under all likely scenarios following Completion." that is nil, nothing, zero, naught, nowt, sweet Fanny Adams, etc

Must be a few now confused between recent RNS re result of AGM and talk on here of tomorrows vote. LOL

Any recent purchasers care to share their thoughts / logic / expectations / hopes for where this is going?

You have to admire the depth of research:- "I have just bought some shares in this company mainly because I wanted to pick up the dividends which are due to be paid out next week I will then probably reduce my shareholding. Apart from the dividends does anybody have this as a long term hold for capital growth."

But is it up 7% or is it just the spread? MM's once again have played it well and made a few bob

Well what an interesting day, plenty of new posters, each with their own opinions on both flowgroup and flow traders.

I suspect that if the hoped for news comes it will be so fast that the share price just go ballistic.

I think all that can be said on here has been said. Unlike Charles Holland Duell's prediction, after all there is still a viable scroll driven mchp to invent.

Strange is it not, a poster who got it so seriously wrong, and attempted to belittle and condemn those who saw the truth, now posts as if he is the authority on the company. Even an ex director has posted on here condemning the tripe he has written, but still he believes himself to be the knowlagable one. Pop, you really need to realise you know nothing, tm1978, muira, wallesey and others got it right, to now claim to have an understanding of the company, greater than they did, is laughable.

Pop, Tell me, why are you still posting on this board? By your own admission your mistaken positivity (ramping) most likely contributed to peoples losses. For several years you decried any poster with an opposing (correct) view to your own, not content with calling them disparaging names, you claimed on many occasions to of carried out 'research' to discover where they lived etc. Strange behaviour to say the least. So despite the fact that you believe, and have stated, you have a superior brain, you were wrong and they were right. You now seem to be on a crusade to belittle those who had the ability and common sense to have spotted the truth. I suppose it is true that 'there is nothing common about sense' you certainly seem to lack it, just as you seem to lack any sense of morality or courtesy. Your recent posts only serve to reinforce what many on here have known for years,i.e. what a bitter, twisted and, despite the delusional grandiose opinion you have of yourself, silly old man you are!
