Agree will wait and reap the rewards LOL! Understand more now about why using resellers! Resubmission needs to be handled well or it will fall but happy and holding until launch. (no choice at the mo!) Note mistakes like this sometimes galvanise the company to make sure they look after us shareholders on relaunch ie they have control over submission until some good news available and combine the two.

I took a big hit here because of the fear of suspension. Everyone knows the potential of the well and restating it over and over makes no difference if you lose that interest by default. AM seems to be very happy to chat and inform shareholders over the phone but very reluctant over proper channels? This to me is a worry! The advfn thread highlighted the default b4 AM and I missed the opportunity to sell 4p+! RNS came at 8.51 and the default stems from feb?! also it states no more info re the well will come to SLME until resolved. I feel advfn is very anti AM so could be going over the top but not informing of progress via RNS and chatting to Zoommer? (whom is now ill?) I hope it comes good but the least is major dilution below ?

If intabet works boom! If it doesn't crash! Simple if you believe buy if not sell or walk away! I am optimistic and will hold on relisting! (potential at this mcap what 70 bagger (odd checker))

It is PJ his assistant or whoever they are not hiding and e mails we all know can be used as evidence of fraud! Simple mess up (look at clp missed accounts suspended 3 mths +) Looking forward to intabet launching and this booming! My recommendation if there is a drop on relisting BUY! I now know why they are using resellers and it is not for advertising!

I have been here before and it is not a great feeling and yes it knocks investor confidence in how the business is run.However it happens quite often and is not the end! I believe PJ is very embarrassed that this has happened under his watch but if the finance guy tells you its lodged at companies house you believe him & when its not you fire him. This does not effect the company trading in any way and can actually help the company if they re launch in a professional manner.PJ needs to : Get this sorted in weeks rather than months (if not days) Announce +ve developments on intabet and contract news prior to or on relist. Outline what has been done to ensure it won't happen again. I for one will forgive him if intabet goes live with more white label contracts but that remains to be seen. Again the company carries on as usual. All this bickering, gloating , name calling etc is poor as investors could still lose out if there is a more sinister reason to this (I don't believe but hey this is aim) and I told you so rubbing of hands seems to be ego based? Anyway my 10p worth. Will join the club and e mail PJ today.

It is meant to be 0.08 (typo error) from July RNS : Directors Dealings In addition to the dealings shown above, a pension fund in which Mr Ronan Reid, Chairman of the Company, is interested, acquired 600,000 shares (2.29% of the MBH shares in issue) on 20 July 2012 at a price of €0.10 cents (£0.077899) per share. As a result, the total shares in the Company in which Mr Reid is interested is 601,285 shares representing 2.29% of the MBH Shares in issue.

In July 2012 equated to only about 8.75p per share. company now has cash (no debt) worth approx 23p per share with only court costs to cover! (large potential return to shareholders). You don't make any offer unless you think there is a chance that legal redress will be successful. +ve progress in my view will lead to an out of court settlement (only guessing on that) How much? well much higher than last offer I would guess! Think this was signed sometime last year but shows the caliber of partners we can expect when up and running! Expecting results to be bad but update/outlook to be very positive and await with interest.

Read the ADVFN thread mate. Thats where the default news was broken before AM decided to let us know! (why I didn't sell at 4p+?) I got out because he knew we where in trouble months ago but read the RNS'S no mention! The loss will take me years to recoup but i could not afford to lose all! Hope it comes good but I am out until an RNS says I should do different!
