£5? why not £10 or £15? £5 sounds as silly as £15 to me, not offense intended. I would love to get it that but t is there is NO WAY that will be received as an offer, even in the non-coming bidding war folks like to talk about. Its 4.5 x the current SP, its madness for a company that is in huge debt and massive losses. On top of this, brick and mortar banks are loosing steam, hence why all the major banks are closing branches. I suggest you go look into TO bids as a whole and also TO bids Carlyle have submitted for comparison.

Enough with the rainbow chasing folks. Count us extremely lucky on £2+ bid. Accept it and wish Carlyle luck with this shambles of a company.

Note, the downtrend has already started! Bring on the damn official TO bid quickly,(unlikely, Carlyle is going to squeeze and twist arms while shouting look at your SP free falling) . Longer it takes the stronger Carlyle hand gets!
