LSE, can you please explain how your mobile site has UKOG at ask 2.10, bid 2.20, mid 2.15, % change +13.16%, and AT THE SAME TIME your desktop site has ask 2.10, bid 2.20, mid 2.15 and change ZERO?????

Yes. generally a very flaky and amateurish site all round, especially on the quoted numbers. Seems to me every time I refresh the page I get a different set of numbers, and the numbers at the top of the chat page often don't agree with the numbers on the watchlist. Finally they often come up with a "mid" price that's nowhere near the average of bid and ask, leading to absurd number for % change. The chat here is often interesting and useful, but I'm not sure it's worth paying for. Seriously considering cancelling my premium membership.
Oh, and the first time I tried to post this message the site crashed!!! (again).

I've just compared several of my pf prices shown on HL against those shown here on LSE. LSE's prices are all over the place, giving me absolutely no confidence at all in what I'm seeing. I could do just as well by picking numbers out of a hat. What kind of service is this supposed to be? When will they get it sorted out so we get the information we're paying for???

How come HL shows us up 2.63% but LSE shows us DOWN 7.14% ???!!!! HL shows previous close as 4.75; LSE shows 5.25, which is stupid. Where do they get these numbers from? What am I paying LSE for??

Hi Greenrookie As of last night, the Association has 52 members representing over 20m shares. As I said in the Third Circular last night, i think it's a good idea to ask the various nominee holding companies if they will put out a message to PRG holders. I'll happily do it with HL (my broker). Personally, I don't want to go anywhere near TW/SP, but I will ask ProActive Investors if they will make an announcement.. Cheers CS

One of our members pointed out to me that the circulars can easily be seen as spam, as they contain a bcc list of email addresses. I have now seen an official email from the company stating that the shareholders meeting on 28th February will be in Walsall, as was rumoured.

I was informed today that my screen dump verification of shareholding has been accepted as evidence, so that's all you need. As backup I have requested a confirmation letter from my broker (HL) which I will take with me. Holefook, the company doesn't have to be listed for it to tap shareholders for cash. It just needs to know who they are.

I suspect the meeting is to feel out shareholders about stumping up some more cash. I plan to go to the meeting wherever it is (I have asked in my acceptance email). I have also asked if they will accept a screen shot of my account as evidence of holdings, I'll post the answer here. I have also asked my broker (HL) for a letter confirming my holdings, which is good enough for an AGM so should be good enough for this. I think we PIs should definitety form a shareholders group, to represent our interests en masse to the company. Anyone interested please email paragon@73east.com - its just a domain I own and I have set up a specific email address for this. For the record I have sunk just over £50k in here, for a current holding of around 1.2m shares.
