This is a journey for all different types of investors all with entry and exit strategies. Some arrived early and some later. Who knows the latter may make the biggest gains depending on folks exit. Each to their own, small and larger investors just be happy with what you have. Otherwise investment isn't for you, this story isn't even half told that is plainly obvious with even a little research.
