Definitive agreement from binding, looks to me like the next stage of workings through the legalities of the deal as we get closer to closing it out. Certainly must be good news with the deal progressing well and on track .

The Bushveld company website was updated on the last day of October so more recently. I haven't looked at simply wallstreet though so can't really comment

I find it very strange that you would come out and post negativity after a few good sessions of rises, we are all frustrated with the delay in funding for the battery but we are here now with it and have been for a while. The downtrend has been well documented and very long ,with Craig on board optimism has retured for me. I'm still realistic on my targets and adjusted them considerably considering the environment we find ourselves in. Investing can be very tough and carries no guarantees on returns.

Hardly any chat for days then certain individuals turn up again, could this be the end of the downtrend. Bit early say we need some good volume in the next few days,higher lows though which is a good sign.

I never took any notice of the 30p or £1 party either, it was just a ramp/pump whilst certain individuals sold out . This was obviously a very good move and well played by them ,no hard feelings it is what it is . Like you suggest, lessonlearned by many investors even seasoned ones. A steady ship with achievable targets is our first target ,after that and a little help with the vanadium price ....who knows where this will go

Craig has started to tidy up the house and put together a strategy moving forward, production/cost measures and a little help with the vanadium price should see shareholder added value. Hopefully Belco news next, mini grid almost complete as well.
