I would reiterate that I am no financial guru the 47p max is just what I calculated to see what we might expect. 20% of that woud indeed be very disappointing. I bought in over 6 years ago when Emmerson was tipped in the Mail on Sunday and the target price from Hayden was £1.86 when the mine was fully operational. Since then we have no licence and the issued shares has more than doubled so whilst 9.5p would be something it's not what I bought in for. Of course we could lose the case then 9.5p would be a result!!

Scargs, 47p is my net figure including all the deductions. Obviously just estimating the exchange rate and BSF's win fee which I beleive can be anything between 20%-30%. At gross it woud be more like 97p per share.

But as I say DYOR I'm not a professional so it's just my calculation as an interested investor and receiveing a 100% win payout is highly unlikely.

I'm just saying that based on my calculations a 100% successful claim would be valued at 47p per share. If my calculations are wrong then maybe others can suggest otherwise.

It's highly unlikely that in the event of a win we would get 100% of the claim so it would be a proportion of that.

Personally I thought the £1.22Bn claim was disappointing being only half of what was originally suggested. I don't believe we have been informed how the £1.22Bn was arrived at but I'm sure BSF know what they are doing.

47p is what I arrive at with the full claim so you can proportion it from there.

This allows for exchange rate, estimated BSF huge win fee, Directors 6% win fee and 1.33Bn shares.

I was communicating with Hayden on LinkedIn for a while, he was a very decent chap. Back in 2020 before I invested in EML I asked him about the prospects for the company and was very surprised when he actually phoned me up to discuss it.

On 26 August 2022 I messaged him about shareholder's frustration over the lack of communication and missed deadlines and he replied "Understandable. It’s a complex situation with a project of national significance and a large local company that has a high level of strategic interest in it. Everyone wants to make sure they cover themselves before making a decision that could have 50yr + ramifications. Anyway, the team remains committed. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we’re hamstrung by what we can actually say,"

Then the next day on 27 August 2022 I messaged him saying I had noticed he had taken up his options and he replied "I now have 9 million shares in this bad boy! I’m aiming for 50p!" which at the time I thought was very unHayden-like but very positive so I remained a holder and have even added.

Since then it's been radio silence from him.

I pretty naive on RTO's and can't imagine I will see a decent return on mypre-collapse ADV investment but does anyone have any ideas on what might happen and when, I'm assuming we will see a massive dilution on our original holdings?
