If they "HAD to sell" would be because of something very serious. Effectively a 'fire sale'.

Perhaps a more valid question might be. "If they recieved a takeover offer" what would be an acceptance price.

The board would not recommend acceptance to share hoders of any offer at this stage.

Should a hostile bid follow, I for one, and I think many PI's and major holders would reject it in a vote which would have to follow.
