Ad2017. If things have as you say been "put on hold" there needs to be a thorough update otherwise I fear the worst for the SP.
We are coming upto 4 months since the infamous "shortly" RNS. In my line of work I would have certainly been taken to task over the delay.
Not long to wait now so we will know one way or the other.

I realise we won't end up like Venezuela but we there is real cause for concern.
Luckily I am not on a zero hour contract or minimum wage earner but we have just closed down for the foreseeable future.

Well there is one thing that neither AIM or NOMAD can suspend and that's the start of the mining season. If Eurasia don't start mining then we know something is afoot and we should know that in the next week or so.
Before everyone starts about coronavirus, open cast mining is one of the most self isolated occupations there is.

Apologies for not getting back sooner but I have some work to complete but DUFC don't let your politics cloud a grave situation, I haven't once used the word Ghetto. Ring Fence (Make safe in layman's terms) was the word used. Isolate is another word I would use. The sooner the virus takes its course the better because as I have said before the horse has bolted.
And just for clarity the isolation would take place in their own homes not in one big room as you seem to portray.

To try an shut the country 2 weeks is economic suicide as Italy are about to find out.
And the latest clampdown of shutting parks and Woodlands is absolutely stupid.
New measure 1.5 mill high risk people being asked to isolate for 12 weeks. Fine let's do it but let everyone else continue.

Do we lockdown after we have produced enough food and stored it in the supermarkets and that is after we let 20 million families shop in the weekend prior to lockdown.

China has a much more subservient population and it was basically one city in lockdown.
Taiwan has managed to reduce cases without any lock downs , all bars and night clubs still open.
Italy are presently on about total shutdown but cannot do it because the country cannot function.

You really need to think this through.

Ring fence the elderly and most at risk with your ideas and let everyone continue. Thats my policy.
I have opened accounts at home deliveries for my elderly parents so they don't need to go out. I am trying to do my bit elsewhere to help.

If an RNS isn't issued prior to the interview with good news what the flying ******* is he going to tell us.
There isn't anymore wriggle room , so it's either put up or shut up.
As for the SP if there isn't good news , I think the recent fall s in the overall markets will be put to shame .5 p is my guess or lower maybe.

I see the number of coronavirus deaths has risen sharply again but it appears nobody is dying of flu anymore .
Yearly there are between 250 k - 600k deaths due to flu.

Hull let's hope there is news in the form of a blockbuster prior to the interview . Thinking about it there has to be otherwise why bother.
