In 3 months time I think the company will be completely unrecognisable from today worth a few times todays Mcap with great revenues and contracts.

Solid revenue results - hopefully we will see a good increase year on year.

Partnerships that excite the market.- Bitso was pretty decent and more should follow after the tie up with them i hope.

BOD purchases - Why ? they are trading salary for shares very quarter so in other words they are constantly buying.

Bitso taking a position - very much doubt they would do that but who knows ?

Agents not selling - they would be mad to at this level given they got them at nearly .30

Confirmation no further fund raise - no company would ever do that BUT the cash position is very good I am told with drops and revenue coming in.

Return of sentiment - would ultimately happen with some of the above but still it seems people don't undersatnd the market MOS are in.

Time will tell.

Try £30k Salary plus the balance paid in equivalent value shares.

Which if we didn't have and own the full platform and IP would mean we couldn't do what we are doing now, we would be paying 10's of thousands every month for and would not make the company a target for buyout at some stage in the future.

Initially the BOD were paid in shares before going to salary.

None of the BOD are on big salaries ( £30kpa ) to be precise, the shares Mark Epstein disposed of went to the other two directors ( Annabel and Tom) to even up the shareholdings between them.

A recent share option was awarded which they will not be able to exercise until .30 therefore they will be paid on performance rather than using cash - i would suggest that is a better way than paying huge salaries.

Just didn't want facts to get in the way of a good story !

Sometimes in business things just don’t happen as you want them to despite your best efforts - the Jio deal took a long time to come fruition and that was down to Jio, I don’t think they have been particularly forthcoming since so not always a wise move to continue wasting time with a project when clearly the other side aren’t committed and your time could be better spent elsewhere.

As I have said previously Amtech one of us will be proved right and one of wrong - who knows who that will be so we’ll wait to see the outcome.

However I do think yourself and some of your cohorts need to making some form of apology to Mark Epstein.

It wasn’t very long ago you calling him names like Amateur, Snake Oil, Salesman, Lifestyle CEO etc and then he pulls of a deal like that with BITSO - I would call that Amateur deal making from a Snake Oil Salesman would you ?

To date I have continued to buy all the way down, taking a further 5mil at the start of the week on the drop - please go back months/years even to my one constant statement and that is “ end game “

Most of you are supposed to be educated investors but you cannot see what is happening - what it says to me is that you have no understanding of how big business works, how deals are done, or why ?

This isn’t a have they struck oil, gas, or found gold company - it’s tech and if you don’t understand how that works then don’t invest.

If anyone for one minute thinks that an event like that paid for by BITSO with 53 journo’s there, sports agents, shareholders and partners is not a big deal and a signal of what is to come then you should go and get your bumps felt.

If you are a LTH holder here then IMO you have nothing to worry about in the slightest, hold and be rewarded.

You want to trade it then good luck but don’t try and deramp to get your lower entry - it won’t work as people are starting to see the writing on the wall.

Clearly you aren’t a buy and hold investor and will trade it when you can but c’mon don’t be so blatant.
