Yep remember the old knutsford that was simply crazy! i don't think it will happen again although there are a few possibilities to making a decent return. Hirshfield was part of SRSP. as someone mentioned on another board 100 bagger!
remember the old knutsford. What i am trying to gather depending on the quality of the acquisition, how dilutive and how potentially significant it will be. Lots of trading over the last few weeks so a lot of shares changing hands. Heres hoping.
Hoping for a decent return . and hopefully assets which will sway significant interest in punters.
I suspect they have a platform in which 27000 punters play the weather lottery which can be expanded organically hence further recruitment in the management arena. The new executive dir. Robert Ross White is a new that i am not familiar with but looking at his telecoms background may add the technology side of things. With John Botros taking the 29% stake it becomes a little intriguing to see what the future holds
conversion at 4p cuurent SP 0.675p? that correct?

The qualified solicitor, who founded Argonaut Associates, which provides management, financial and corporate advisory services to entrepreneurs and corporate clients, has chaired several quoted companies and replaces Andy Moore, who will remain as a non-executive director. Robert White, a telecommunications entrepreneur, has been appointed an executive director of the company.
http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/businessnews/The-Weather-Lottery-forecasts-a.5958054.jp The Weather Lottery forecasts a vital year as it goes for expansion FUND-raising company The Weather Lottery believes 2010 will be a pivotal year for the group as it looks to expand both through acquisitions and organic growth. Keith Milhench, The Weather Lottery’s chief executive, wants to build on the group’s paper based and online entries. The Weather Lottery was set up 12 years ago in order to help organisations that need funds, be they a sports club or a children's cancer charity. The group's clients include the National Trust, the British Red Cross, Age Concern, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Yorkshire Cricket Club, Leeds United FC and Huddersfield Town FC. It also has several political parties on its books, including the Conservative Party, the Scottish National Party and UKIP.
It looks like quite a few things are changing here with john Botros taking a 29% stake in this tiny cap. With shares changing hands and a few new members of the management team changing. The question is now how to develop the weather lottery further. On another board there are some news items which i'll post.
With the success of Avatar and 3D cinema a lot more cinemas are now looking into perhaps buying the equipment that will make 3D available in all cinemas. In terms of mainstream TV, again that becomes an interesting aspect and the fact that their collusion with Intel is an extremely positive step in the right direction. That sort of partner is exactly what is required.
