Under rules, as stated they may sell the company so had to disclose!!

Maybe a risk to those who purchased /or purchase @ 20p/plus, got to get in early ,bit like OCH and many others good luck all,don,t worry im sure you will catch the next one!!

I could name a multitude of companies who lose large amounts of money,who "tap up their shareholders for cash" and never address the underlying problems imho AVIA are trying! gl all (bottom line a punt but if they succeed) then good returns imho

the money they are raising @ what price (don,t know) will be used as a "buffer" IF sales are not as good as expected!

Evening,i read all the rns/boards in the morning i try and beat Mulledwine to posting 7am rns on any company which has good/bad rns,s then read as many old statements as possible before 8am,from what i can read of this yes they have no money,have had a massive cash burn,now trying to sort it ,not out of the woods by a long way but at least they have seen the error of thier ways,too late i do not know?

15/20% next time read all the RNS That arrive @7am check out the company,then decide otherwise just look out for Mulledwine in the morning,i started to purchase @ 10p when i found this!! and am still here
