That's the thing takecare, if anyone who,looks at this situation objectively would see that this note which has been in VLRMs possession for over two months with a clear payment date recorded and the payment terms clearly defined and RNS as being in cash or recognised stablecoin USDC, has suddenly had it's terms completely thrown out of the window.

Remember this is an "institutional-grade, senior-secured Qualified Medium-Term Note" underwritten by LoL (the acronym seems more appropriate). What investor would agree to the terms being modified to this AFTER the payment date has passed and the default has occured?

There have been two months since transfer leading up to this first payment date, QGOLD was first invented around a week before the payment date as an off the cuff remark and then a long session for QGP to figure out how to update their website. There was radio silence on the morning after payment was due and 24 hours later suddenly VLRM had the idea that they wanted to take scrap this idea completely and take payment in QGOLD after beating the drum about how this provides sustainable income for the next five years on the original terms? If this had been done a month ago it may be slightly believable but to pivot to this AFTER the default has occured and then to say that it was VLRMs idea in a call but not in the original RNS raises more red flags

It sounds as though Gary has done a good job in his presentation to his cult like group of investors and convinced them that this latest pivot is leading them to them promised land with billions and trillions of deals lined up yet again

VGOLD has no value. If QGP have had the significant institutional interest that VLRM claim, then given that the only mention of QGP is their dealings with VLRM and VLRM have just issued an RNS stating that QGP have defaulted on their first payment, then that interest will most certainly have gone. The board need to get out of this mess whilst the opportunity is available.

The $200M note is also worthless now that payment hasn't been made in accordance with the terms

Takecare - I have the same thought. The securities are supposed to be based on R&S Capital. If Gary knowingly said that QGP have been doing this for a few years (despite the evidence to the contrary). Then these assets should be in production and the payment would have been attached at a far lower gold price than current so producers won't have any issues making payments.

If these assets are not performing or even none existing as Goldengod may have uncovered as the password protected 'proof' doesn't exist. Then they are the same assets that are presumably backing this VGOLD nonsense. The board should take the out here imo, have the shares cancelled and move onto more traditional fund raising methods, their public market inexperience has shown on two occasions now with these headline deals that turn out badly for shareholders.

I'm would agree Goldengod that QGP have defaulted on the original terms and not paid on time and that agreement is no longer valid as they have had to tear it up on write a new one with different terms.

What will happen next quarter? They are looking to get deeper into bed with this outfit who have proven to be unreliable and can't make the first payment. The tone of the RNS regarding share return etc and 5 day deadline suggests they are starting to see the cracks and another DMC situation has occured as predicted by anyone not over invested in the company

And the entirely predictable scenario has occured. They don't have the cash so VLRM have accepted this alternative

RNS said it was payable in USD or USDC only.

Think that PP should send the board the transaction hash as they don't appear to have seen the payment either based on their silence.

Also no trades on VLRMF still at close yesterday.

The company doesn't even need to follow stock market rules now and RNS that they have or have not received this materially important first payment after it's due date has passed. Everyone just checks the metrikus Blockchain hash. Clear as day

Apart from the bizarre use of resource grades and no mention of production which is measured in Oz, you would have thought that metrikus who provide sensors for building environmental monitoring it appears, would have mention of this fully live gold production system under their use cases wouldn't you?

Also if they have produced over 1000 Oz of gold in two days, they will have easily paid off their royalty attachment and wouldn't need to be a customer of QGP.

Turns out goldengod, being the evil it consultant that he is could just extract the password and confirm the links to asset proof don't exist

Interesting that VGold is backed by not one but two tier one gold mines each with 1.9M Oz JORC.

Even more interesting is the fact that "A Tier 1 gold deposit is generally defined as having over 5 million ounces of contained gold"

So the assets according to the new website consist of a T1 gold mines in US and Australia. I 'did some AI' and there are no obvious R&S deals announced between QGP and any of these mines in that category. Hopefully someone can provide a link please to prove up the deals now there's some more info?

The website values $20bn of assets backed by reserves and gold bullion. The website states this is in ground gold, so maximum of $100/Oz at the top end therefore actual value of $380M based on the 3.8M Oz stated. Therefore to be claiming this figure QGP must have over $19.4 bn in gold bullion stored!! This is more than the country of Sweden has!

The website mentions that VGOLD can also be redeemed in physical gold but fails to mention if you need to provide your own shovel to dig it out of the ground.

Why are QGP not appearing on the register for the Cayman Islands you posted please if they have billions of AUM?

Whilst a website is a minor thing, the image it gives says a lot about a company. They supposedly have billions in AUM and yet their website has been down for over a week as they are unable to add a small update to it? Do they not have the funds for a hundred dollars or so for someone to sort it out in 5 minutes if they cannot do it? They have no social media presence to inform their clients of the work either which lots of other people in the industry use to get no clients.

If you were a client of QGP you would be very concerned that seemingly all reference to your assets were scrubbed for this VGOLD token that was mentioned in an interview but not yet formally announced and then the website disappears completely?

Even the most positive of poster must surely question if this outfit have what they say they have?
