Could we get a deal with someone to use nuvec?

There are a few good buys coming in today, we could do with some good news to go with it.

They have been teasing us with potential partners for years. And always saying they just need more data!!

Pre COVID Nigel was tempting us with the potential for licensing deals making us think that we were almost ready for collaboration to get nuvec to the market and he is still doing the same thing.

I do think we have a great product with huge potential but what I would like to see from N4 is a robot time line for Nuvec having being ready what data is needed and when that data will be collected and the same for Nuvec 101. Including costings both for collection of data and running the company as a whole.

That way we can see where we are, when we are really going to be ready and how short on funds we are to get there.

We all know they need to bring in more money but there have been so many placings I think that is what is keeping our share price down the most if we had more clarity on what it's likely to cost to get us over the line investors might be more keen. To invest.

Fantastic update, lots of good news and at the rate we are spending we are funded for over 2 years.

Can we get some income before then?

I feel like our market cap is very low, it's been many times higher in the past with the company a lot further from getting an income from nuvec, I think that a lot of people have lost trust because it has taken so long and we have still not commercialised anything.

Maybe we are finally on the right path?

How can an 86 pence sell bring our share price down by over 10% its ridiculous.

My trade was the one before you at the same price 210526 shares takes me to 2M with average of 3.5 I'm not buying anymore but will hold for all or nothing

My £3000 buy is showing as a sell and it went through at the sell price. Not sure what's happening?

So much money has gone in to getting us to this stage both from placings and grants. Nuvec is improving all the time and we can't be too far away from getting a partner to the next stage. I think now is a fantastic time to buy. I have just topped up got my average down to 3.8p. Its been a long time but I still have faith that we will get there.

Back in December 2021 our share price was at 8.3

Then we got the news that n4 was only going to proceed with vaccine delivery through our mta partners (December 21, 2 partners signed up and 1 in late stage negotiations, don't think we have heard anything since on them.) By March 22 our price was down to 3p and now down at 1.7.

I Get that people are looking for fast results and we would all love a sale to a major pharma using nuvec for vaccine deliveries. Other than the placings, the slow development of nuvec and limited news flow I can't see too much bad news. Our particle is developing well and is looking like a strong candidate for cancer deliveries our copyright has improved and I would expect some good news flow over the next months.

With a good run on news I can see us back up to 8p. I would like to hear news on our mta partners and if they are still with us?

Obviously if we get some great news the share price could keep going up and up.

If you bought all that at this sort of price I think you are going to do very well.

It feels like something is brewing. There has been a good upward trend for a month or 2 which seems to be accelerating today. Does someone know something m? or is the market just wakeing up to the potential of Nuvec?

If there prepared to spend that sort of money on a bit of research doesn't that make our market cap a bit of a joke?

I'm gutted, I have been an avid supporter of n4 since 2017 and have continued to build my stake in the company expecting Nuvec to come good.

It seems that the original 2 mta partners have dropped out and we just have the newest one left which is very worrying. Even if Nuvec is good it's starting to feel like we are too late to the party and pharmas allready have there own solution to the problem.
I'm not going to sell as almost half the companys value is now in cash. Nuvec must be worth more than the remaining 2 million odd.
Could n4 not cut our losses and sell Nuvec to a large pharma in need of this?
We won't be able to do another placing so unless we can get some serious movement in the next 6 months I can't see any other options.

I regret not selling out when or before the last rns. But I thought that the news was not that bad and the share price would hold. Unless something bad is going on behind the scenes that a few big holders are selling out because of I think this is a huge over reaction. The important thing for n4 is the mta partners and when and if we get good news on those our share price will more than recover. On the other hand if they are bad news we are done for. I'm holding all or nothing

I can't see them doing a placing yet. Not until they have put out some good news. Nigel doesn't want his shares watered-down cheaply any more than we do.
