I think we have progressed massively in the last year. We have had one failed test all year which also failed in the control so basically voids the test. And because of that 40% of our value was wiped out.
That makes no sense.

Look at the positives
We have been working with 2 pharmaceutical companies for 6 months under mta agreements. At least one of which is a multinational.

We are close to signing an mta with a third company.

We have successfully used nuvec delivery system to aid in shrinking tumours.

We have sorted out the dosing for nuvec.

We have proved we can freeze dry it, store it at room Temp and use it. (See catapult study)

If one of our MTA partners announces that they are going to the next stage we will be flying again.

What a great year we have had in our development. Just a shame to see investors focusing on the 1 negative.

Fingers crossed for a good bounce today.

Thanks for your clarification on the rns Dan Baker. What happens if the current mta parner with its own covid vaccine also has bad results? Are we likely to be able to get someone else to give nuvec a chance in the vaccine space? And how long do you think before we are likely to hear something on the 2 current mta's

We don't need the pumpers and dumpers. We have a great product which works. When we have a commercial deal with a major pharma this will fly. Until then we just need to be patient. I am sure they will update us before Christmas on the evotec and nonomerics studies.

Just been looking back to see exactly the time frames for news on the studys.

The evotec study said on the 14th of Sept that it would start this month with 6-8 weeks for study and 2-3 weeks for analysis. That gives us a big time frame for news of Nov14 to Dec 23.

The Nanomerics study is due 9th December!

I also think we are overdue an update on the MTA's which were loaded and with the partner pharms on the 24th Aug. 3.5 months ago.

What we need is news that gives us association with a big name, that way people will take notice.

Do you think we will get multiple rns? One for each study and a end of year round up.
Or do you think we will get 1 operational update with everything in? If just one I thinks the rns is more likely around 15th or 16th.

Until Nevec has been proven to work, we have signed some deals and Nuvec is being used commercially I think it is impossible to value N4. I guess that's why our market cap is so low because investors don't know what we are worth and don't want to take the gamble.
We need an expert on mrns delivery systems to give us there view anyone know one? I bet Nigel has a good idea what he could sell us for!!

Hi Bunsen, the existing MTA's were progressing well and with the parner companys to work with on the 24th of August just over 3 months ago. We have no idea how long before we hear anything from this.

As to the dialogue with other companies as stated in rns of 20th may. Who knows how this has progressed. They could have signed deals with non disclosure agreements or have signed deals and just not updated us.
I personally belive that Nuvec as a delivery system will be a huge player in rna delivery field which currently doesn't have too many players in. Covid has highlighted how important this can be for vacancies but thats just the tip of the iceberg. Someone posted a great article on this in the telegram group I'll try and copy a link to here. Because of this we are bound to get interest from other pharma companies. And if Nuvec works as it should which everything we have been told shows that it should we should either end up with lots of companies paying royalties to use it or we will have a buy out for serious money. I've been looking back through old announcements and there are a few things that stick out that I thought I would highlight.
24th Feb - N4 said its a pivotal time, they were finalising data for third parties to have confidence to explore testing nuvec with there own constructs. (I think they were probably already in advanced discussions at this stage)

On the 20th May they announced the 2 MTA's and said in addition to these N4 remains in dialog with other PARTIES with the view to entering in to more MTA's
(That was 6 months ago!!! I am convinced that they will have signed more MTA's since then with the extra data N4 has and the amount of companies exploring RNA / DNA solutions in all sorts of fields)

24th Aug MTA project's have progressed well N4 has loaded Nuvec with partners products and partners are testing. (That is over 3 months ago, they will have a good idea on Nuvec by now)
Also on 24th Aug- All studies now have visible time lines for conclusion throughout 4th quarter ( not much of 4th quarter left now)
Conclusion. I think we will get a huge update before Christmas. Hopefully news on
USA patent

Just for fun and to keep the excitement going! What do people think our first commercial deal would look like? Financially and how it would work.

"Nanomerics" not numerics
I'm most excited about hearing news on the MTA's.
The gene therapy company is a major multinational pharma company if my memory serves me right. If they like what they see who knows what could happen?

I agree Hall we are coming in to a really exciting time. I've just been reading back through a few of the updates these are some of the main points I'm watching for news on.
On the 24th August we were told the MTA's were progressing well and that they had successfully loaded each company's product on Nuvec with good dispersion. And that both companies were now testing these.
Also on the 24th August we were told numerics were doing a study on delivering TNFalpha in the treatment of cancer. That's due an update in December.
On the 14th of September we were updated on Evotec's study in to using Nuvec to deliver the new sars-cov-2 plasmid. They said results should be 8 to 10 weeks, so any time now.
We are also expecting news on the Indian, us and Canadian patents.

Very muted response so far.
Everyone seems to be holding out for news on the collaborations or USA patent.
Everything is sounding positive at the moment, cash burn has increased in line with the increasing workload but there should be plenty cash left for over a year at this rate.
Can we get money in from a partner before that or are we looking at another placing in 6 months?

On the 20th of May we were promised news on multiple fronts in the 3rd quarter. We have not had any other news since that operational update so I would expect that within the next 6 weeks we should get a lot of new info on where we are.
I hope we get more news on the 2 current MTA's and hopefully news of other pharms signing up?
Maybe something on the oral feasibility study? That started a long time ago!

What else are we expecting?

There are a few people loading up on the strength of those 3 big buys. Let's hope Mr million shares knows something good that will have us all partying soon.

On good news like we had yesterday n4 always moves up fast. We are finally teaming up with interested parties which paves the way to royalties from them, makes me feel nuvec is on the homeward stretch now? Am I being over optimistic? do we still have years before we see any royalties?
What else could be holding the share price back?
After yesterday's update I thought we would peak at 12p before dropping back to 10 or 11p.
We will certainly be burning our money much faster as so much more is going on are people worried about another placing coming?
Or is it just that too many people have been spiked in the past with n4 and are staying clear? I would have thought now was the time to get in. We have 2 serious pharma companies interested more should follow, surely its only a matter of time before n4 is being used in products?
Looking at the speed vaccines have got to market recently I can see the vaccine company being able to get us to market within a year? What do people think?

This is great news, to have the confidence of major pharma to work with us it feels like after so many false dawns that we are starting the homeward stretch with nuvec. I'm surprised we are not up more but maybe people are extra wary of being spiked. Would be nice to see a steady rise as this news gets absorbed.
