Twice it jumped 30p. GLA that did alright.

I sold them after rights confirmed, took up with my allocation with the proceeds and now 35% up on my original investment having been 70% down at one time. Shorters on the RR. board telling everyone to sell and buy back post-RI at 25p.
DYOR has never been so apt.

Me too, lost out on Senior twice, Elementis and Centrica. hey ho, take the rough with the smooth. I am 67% up, and I bought RR. at £3.50 :D

erm, no I still have them with a 49% gain (less some that I sold today to buy more CPI)
I am far from bitter, I am merely saying SDRY is not the brand it was 10 years ago, so if you are banking on a climb to >500p it may take more than a Covid vaccine.

However, if you think SDRY is the coolest brand out there give your head a big ol' wobble.

I just looked at them on the website, they look like a huge mistake. They are a cross between oldskool vans and alex mcqueens but not in a good way. Whereas the other, more subtle items look ok and decent quality. Superdry is ripe for a rebrand and to target a new audience, but not with those.

I do hope so. The big question here and some form of scepticism on this page is whether SDRY brand can recover its appeal. There are some big BF deals going off on their Facebook page (sdry.com) so let's hope they can recover.

To predict that, you have to understand where SDRY was and where they are going. What was wrong in the organisation and what they are doing to make the necessary changes.
Their post xmas results may be too soon to see any resurgence so that may be the resistance point. However, this has some momentum and we saw >60p shift after a poor trading update. My target was 230p and we are past that quicker than I expected, so every 1p lift hereon is a bonus. If it keeps going it is going to be a tough decision as to when to get off.

I agree, I used to have hoodies, leathers, t shirts and flip flops. Now I have nothing SDRY only painting/gardening wear (OLD)
The old nylon jackets were almost (school) uniform with kids and adults and now no one wears them. Superdry have a glimmer of a revival but I think they have to lose the old SDRY logo/look, that is dead.
For me the latest stuff is smart and looks decent quality, I would buy it not for the brand but for the style, as I do with Selected Homme. Maybe to bulk out my wardrobe with other items. It could be that the online experience is better than the store?
Maybe JD needs to reposition and they may tap into the mass appeal again. If they really have that far to go and can bridge the gap there could be a great reward for those that hold LT. I was tempted to cash in at £2.48 only to buy back in the next ebb. Not sure what my long term plan is.

Liberum Capital said 300p but that seems conservative.

I am a novice who had some spare cash sitting making 0% and decided to take advantage of the crash. Not sure how I got into CPI and how I kept them this long, but this page has been THE source of optimism (backed up by research) and I look like I am going to do alright. So thanks to all who promoted the faith long enough to get us novices to believe. To have the confidence to stick with it and reduce our averages/increase our holding long enough to see the tide turn. I salute you!

I had an average of £3.20 and was having to sit tight, but took RI and have almost recovered plus have over 3 times more shares. I did contemplate selling them to buy back at rock bottom but the RI gave this stock the kick up the arse it needed. One to hold long. GLA!

I was in originally as low as 1.15 (1.33 av) and it is now £2.18 (£2.36 max) in uncertain times. Some good retail and increasing e revenues should drive this up. The acid test is if JD can make it appeal to the younger generations as it did 10 years ago. This could fly back to £5 it was within the last 12 months. Timescale is difficult to predict but as long as it is rising you can choose when to get off.

mine is the same, its the original book cost applied across the new number of shares. It will be interesting to see where the SP goes
