Lol - Greatest respect but do you think some people moaning on a chat board over short term share sentiment and price will influence the sacking of CK. Its not very bright and a tad myopic. Think there is a bit more to this share than short term sentiment - they cant release news of orders until they have the orders which im sure they will get. (IMO)

I strongly suspect more information to come out of the General Meeting or very soon after. Its very unusual for this type of meeting to take place (where the placing is being voted on) where the company dont have a few things of interest up their sleeves - Id hope that this means you dont want to be out of this share much past midday tomorrow

I feel everyone's pain on the SP - i really do - i share the pain. But surely CK is at the helm of a BUSINESS and im sure his eyes are on more than short term SP value. The price is where it is due to current sentiment and the only thing that will left it is news - specially around orders. Im very sure they will come in the short term but you cant announce things that arent final. Rather than moan about the SP - Id be interested to hear what yuo'd do differently?

The meeting on Friday - there will be a vote on the placing yes? Is there any chance of it being voted against as the price is currently below 40p ? Id think it would be unlikely as that would just drive the price down and remove the possible capacity expansion.
Do we think its possible the management might release news prior to the meeting to push the price back over 40p to make voting for it more attractive. I dont think theyd want the price in the low or mid 30s? Just interested to hear some views - thanks

Well i dont mid if it is world war 3 - just liek some news out of ODX to get this price to move up a little - only about 28% to get back to break even for me lol. Im sure it will get there but have a horrible feeling they are holding back news until Friday which means possibly another 5% drop by the time it starts to move up. Id be happier if we were starting the rise from 50p not 35p - But hey ho - maybe i should close my laptop and come back Friday - not sure my addiction could cope mind

I dont think you actually fully understand Alan (or dont want to) - The company is now fully funded for capacity expansion the shareholder part was just a bonus

Crap as it may be - its just saying hindsight is a wonderful thing - if i had that i would have sold at ATH and bought back in today at 48p - But its th real world - The open offer invests in the company that WE all support and its this capacity that will drive the SP price up

Without the pacing and investment we'd be looking at less that half the capacity - its not rocket science to do some calculations

We are all feeling a bit knocked around - but if you believe the fundamentals and that orders will follow you will be OK in the medium term - just deal with the bad weather and fingers crossed the Sun will follow the rain

In hindsight id have the correct lottery numbers. Relax - yes share price has dropped but the OO finances increased capacity and its there we will see value

I get that people could have bought a bit cheaper than the OO on the open market. But the OO is now closed. And dont forget without the placing we would not have increased capacity which far exceeds any dilution. So everyone chill and lets hope our investment directly into the company is far better than just trading on AIM and delivers a real benefit. Tomorrow and though next week we may start to see the news we really need to see.

They may well be going for more than they need - knowing there is always a risk of less. Not many of us are here for a quick buck (although we'd all like to see a paper profit)
The OO ends in 2 hrs and the meeting is only 3 days away. I'll watch with interest - from Monday - until then its a pretty uncomfortable roller coaster

Well on things for sure - ODX will not announce anything before the OO has closed at 11am. As it would give unfair advantage now to those who still have access to place orders on the OO. So its no surprise whats happening with the SP . The earliest will be tomorrow but i suspect Friday before the Meeting or very soon after.
Im sure Ramirez being a subject expert will confirm this

Not cancelling mine - its the money from this pacement that finances this company and its capacity increase - and its that which will give this SP a real kick up - so why would i damage my own investment just for getting a share at 10% or so less but may not increase as much as i dont help finance the companies investment - im in this at least medium term not just for a quick buck in 5 days
