I’m assuming this isn’t going into production anytime soon.. I always said Secker was a liability.. What now Sell the whole thing to an established player ??
That the BOD and Kiran are removed... At what point is enough here.. Really poor management of our investments and a complete lack of confidence to see any potential returns. Kiran in particular is a complete amateur. To see this trading below 0.17 is utter dereliction of duty. I for one would not be surprised to learn that our BOD’s have massive short positions
Take it the market doesn’t agree with the Hannam valuations .. ha ha .. Could not make this Sh*t up
Interesting that the Hannam valuation brings Yangibana back into the mix of things and positions this alongside Sonora as the projects that drive the real value.. Also interesting that it has left out mentioning the joint venture at Sonora worth 30% or anything regarding Zulu or Saint Luis .. Cannot see this getting anywhere near 0.87 by 31st December though..
WayneSmith .., it is effectively easier, particularly in this weather to set light to wads of cash in your back garden.. investment in Cadence is the equivalent of splashing accelerant and petrol on wads of £50 notes and watching it burn very very quickly.. However it has still delivered 125% increases in NAV
I for one think the recovery here was always to be expected and great to see the recovery inextricably linked to BCN & EMH.. if you add in the Zulu resource then there is no stopping the power of KDNC
Hang on .... Aren’t our illustrious Directors purchasing more shares next week ??? Ahhhhhhhhh explains the low Share price
Investing in KDNC is like going to the bottom of the garden with sack fulls of hard cash and elaborately setting light to it so that it burns very very slowly.. The upshot is you have absolutely zero cash at the end of it all.. I personally would welcome Kiran’s resignation and an appointment of a CEO and Board that actually know how to invest and more importantly know how return shareholder value
Robin Hood is a legendary heroic outlaw originally depicted in English folklore and subsequently featured in literature and film. According to legend, he was a highly skilled archer and swordsman. In some versions of the legend he is depicted as being of noble birth, and having fought in the Crusades before returning to England to find his lands have been taken by the Sheriff. In other versions this is not the case and he is instead born into the yeoman class. Traditionally depicted dressed in Lincoln green, he is said to have robbed from the rich and given to the poor.
Not sure how they get to 2.18 when there looks like a load of dilution to come with our flirtation in the Mendoza Region with Malbec wine and King Luis from the Jungle Book. I wonder if Kiran is nonchalantly humming to ‘I wan’na be like you’
Is Saint Luis no longer happening now ?
Does anyone genuinely believe this will ever trade above 0.3 again.. ever ?
TheProphet —- what is not to like here ? Zero cash-flow .. practically out of its A1 investment BCN and let us not forget the wonderful investment that is Saint Luis .. ‘Oh, oobee doo ,I wanna be like you’ and of course the massive remuneration packages .. Surely when you invested here you realised that REM and now Cadence is a significant registered charity accepting donations by any means .. Surely you have signed up to Barksy’s ‘Justgiving Page’ ???
Surely you have to be extremely pleased and excited with the progress that has been made here. After all Argentina is the Saviour... hmmmm when is it going to get going lol !!
Samthedog are you related to MadDog?
OBS i think you are going to be waiting an awfully long time! SAN Luis is going to go the way of our other interests and as for BCN .. How anyone can think they will be in production in 20:20 needs there head testing.. Absolutely zero evidence to suggest they are having any joy raising ythe required capital to build the mine. Global economic situation looks tough and the Chinese and Asia markets seem to flock to the more tried and tested like SQM.. But as we have done since the beginning of time one will point to NDA’s and the Tesla story for comfort
It’s surely time for Kiran to move on ? Surely as CEO his position is untenable based on where the BOD have driven any value out of this stock completely. How on earth have they taken this to 16m market cap having invested 15m .. just crazy.. Anyone know what the recovery plan is ????
OB .. i have just spent a good hour listening to the Webex. Interesting as you say. It’s clear we will exit Bacanora within the next 12 months so that we only have the JVs in play. I guess the one key salient point I am left mulling over is Kiran’s Confidence in stating that Cadence has delivered 120% returns and that they will look to do the same again over the next 3 years. I guess I’m left pondering this because over the last 5 years Cadence/ REM have delivered absolutely no returns at all to the Shareholder nor have they generated any cash-flow. So I’m not sure how this will return any returns to Shareholders over the next 3 years.. The other key point that came out of the Webex was that it is clear we have effectively given up on Bacanora and that the major play in town is San Luis which Kiran confirmed is already a month or two behind schedule and we wait with bated breath to see if the rights / licenses get approved by the Argentinian Government. It all seems incredibly high risk and with the CLN debt in the business the high dilution you can see why the share is priced so low. I didn’t get much confidence that this is going to play out .. it really does feel like the golden nugget, our Saudi of Lithium has been so poorly managed and is no longer the crown jewel.. if the San Luis licenses aren’t approved where the F do we go..
It’s a sick joke
Just out on interest will the SP be 0.000575 in 5 years time ?
