A step in the right direction would be to sack everyone in OZ that isn't doing anything to cut costs to the bare minimum and then build up gradually as needed. Not to keep paying them for zero return. Outsource anything that does not require a full time presence. Secure the sites to stop theft with a zero tolerance policy sacking anyone that steals plus their two nearest possible accomplices. Get a license to dredge which they should have done ages ago. Wash as much gravel 24/7 if possible to find some actual rocks. Its time to cut the fat might as well sack any PR and and marketing as there is no return on NO BLOODY STONES. Newcomers should do some reading of old messages there are enough of them here from enough of us that have been here for years. Between us there are well over a billion shares being held some with 10's of millions others will 100's of millions of shares that could sink this faster than the titanic. There needs to be sustained and consistent results otherwise sells in the 10's or 100's of millions will drop this like the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. I have been here so long that the money I put in here is considered lost months ago. How any insiders can manipulate it to get their mates out in a profit is frankly just criminal. I am pretty sure that PI's would rather see their money gone as well as everyone elses than see them taking the full hit while insiders get out Scot free let alone with a profit

Im not even sure if one good RNS will be enough anymore I think it will take 3 consecutive finds. At 25 cpht we need to wash through about 4000 tonnes of gravel to find 1000 carats so we can sell them as I believe we need a minimum amount of 1000 to bag it up together. At 50 cpht we need to wash about 2000 tonnes. Did it once it might spike do it 3 times in a row and we might finally have a business

Indeed however I would also be cutting staff that offer no value until the business actually starts to grow and generate revenue. The operation needs to be slick which will help turn a profit quicker too
