Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
Well said Heid on reminding Hydras that Heyco were large shareholders in Egdon, nearly 50% of the company. They certainly aren't buying any UJO shares.
The 'Hydras conspiracy theory'. Why do you think Union Jack is going into the US, to give Heyco some more assets? The SP is dropping because people are selling, it's happening everywhere not just this stock and that is not me offering an excuse as a 'mouthpiece' as you so stupidly call it, it is a fact. I hope we will hear soon that the US well will be spudding, brilliant move my the company venturing out of UK, especially after the budget announcement yesterday.
Heid, glad you enjoyed your tv viewing. I wouldn't expect David, at 73, to be expected to buy shares to show confidence. It would be totally dead money as he would never really be able to sell them unless the company was sold off. A director sell is always seen as negative. Joe o'Farrell has done the buying, David has done the building. We have a profitable company with some great assets that hopefully will be realised this year.
I am looking forward to what is more likely in the near term and that is our Oklahoma well. Something that came out of the blue, something looking even better since I heard the budget today. I say well done David for looking ahead and ensuring we are protected for the long term. It really does feel as though the UK assets will be under strain and how important it will be to get Wressle and West Newton mobilised this year before any election. If we have one, maybe two US wells producing, even with present production the pounds will be pouring in. I wonder how many bunnies David can fit into one hat?
Oh, is he an all creatures great and small fan then? Bet he's led on the bed right now checking Netflix.
How super, I have watched that, the elder son plays Tristan in the new series of All Creatures Great and Small.
A poll, how quaint. Don't miss Coronation Street tonight Heid, maybe a cuddle up to the hubby and a few hours off social media? I have an excuse, mine is away for a few days.
Heid, dear, you don't even hold any shares for Gods sake. Have you no recognition of what has been happening in the oil sector the past year? Are there any onshore fossil fuel companies doing any good? Or should all the ceos and directors give up their salaries? When the sector is in the doldrums, sorry, but you have to sit it out. I have every confidence things will get better and maybe only for Union Jack looking at the other companies.
Gee Heid, you do go on about their salaries. If they hadn't been paid, there would have been no Wressle "I am glad David took 40% of Wressle in the UK for UNION JACK oil an made us debt free an profitable". Neither would there have been any Keddington, West Newton, Biscathorpe, entry into the US, revenue generating royalties. After all that, you now think they should work for nothing? Maybe I should tell my hubby because the price of fruit and vegetables has gone up, he should give up his salary and give his produce away. You don't seem to have much of an idea on how things work. Only when finances are dire should a director take a cut in salary, not when they have achieved so much. It;s not about the SP, it's about the security of the company and your investment through good and bad times. It's not our davids fault the SP is this low dear.
If dividends are so great, why didn't the prospects of more after the last ones sustain the share price? With all them rns's this year too. It seems to me more than just a dividend, David buying some shares or a buy back or two is needed. I think the news that I personally expect this year will be the catalyst for the share price. Can't wait for the well to be spud in the us, now that is exciting to me.
Has extended the energy profits levy to 2029, a death knell for UK oil industry investment. So glad David made that decision to focus on the US. They love oil and soon we will have our very own well, well. 45% of it anyway. Good move eh Heid?
All I can say is your David must be sick to the very core placing any trust in you. Disloyal, distrustful, distasteful, dishonourable and disillusioned. Keeping a confidence is a moral issue with me and one that somebody of his age probably places a lot of reliance on. Send those pictures back, do the right thing as you should be ashamed to be telling folks on here you have had them from him.
300 dollars each, my, David must feel bloody robbed now sending you one. I'd be too ashamed to keep it if I i were you Heid, what an awful way to repay his kindness. I am really shocked.
No, you just repeated yourself for the 100th time. Wish your workman good luck, maybe he would like to hear your never ending story about David.
Please please put me back on filter, that didn't even last as long as your sponsored silence.
I remember having a 33rpm Doris Day LP many years ago and the needle used to stick on the Deadwood Stage. Just went on and on playing the same few words of the track.
Thought you had me on filter dear?
About the US venture and the first well to be drilled? That is due to spud soon, will it have a positive effect on the SP? What if it comes in at 200 bopd? Thats 90 bopd to UJO.
I dont think thats really reasonable as he has to believe their timescales. It would be impossible to suggest he should dispute them when they give them. The operator at the end of the day is the setter of times, rock and a hard place. If he didn't believe what they say, we would never get any updates.
Itsawrap, do you think maybe when the operator gives a date, the UJO board should announce they don't believe what they say but hopefully it will happen?
