Good chart. So this looks like 20th July where the price spiked and then two days later it went back to previous levels similar to where the blue and green lines converge. I'm expecting the same this time. I've been invested a long while, and don't read charts but I do understand trends.
FWIW I do think we are due news within six weeks but I know no more than the next person.
With our Government really pushing the usage of electric scooters at the moment, is it possible that that will slightly increase nickel demand? Some scooters appear to use batteries with nickel but others don't. I'm assuming that scooter usage will be increasing worldwide in major cities as well as in UK.
With the further £60k of income being pushed into Q1 since the announcement a couple of weeks ago, there is now a 1080% rise in Q1 income over last year.
I read another poster on the SHI board say that JPM are selling there because they bought out a previous holder, thus inheriting the shares so it wasn't their idea to buy them in the first place. I'm fairly sure that's not the case here.
JPM have been selling in Sig PLC (SHI) recently and Sig have notified the market after every percentage line has been crossed. Therefore it would seem like it is poor admin or an off market sale of approx. 6-9% of their holding.
I liked the bit where he explained why he didn't want to do each mine as a subsidiary company because he felt it was stronger as one company being the main body rather than a lot of arms and legs with no body to control them. It seems safe to say he won't be selling any sites of value in Ecuador by themselves any time soon.
He wants Solgold to be the BHP of Ecuador. BHP's market cap is currently c. 143 times that of SOLG. I can't see that being achieved, but I do see significant upsides from the current SOLG valuation based on what we already knew and what was said in the webinar.
From memory, on the reverse takeover the whitepaper said that there were 12 projects with the prefix NXP. This would suggest that they could sell just one of them and carry on with the others, rather than sell the entire company. These funds could be used to fund the progress on other projects or a special dividend.
I've never been in a share until it has been bought. What is the procedure if I don't sell my shares before they are suspended from trading? Would I get paid out at £19.21 from the account where i hold my shares like a normal sale, but have to wait a few days? All answers appreciated. Ta.
He actually hasn't. I don't know where I got that info from. Apologies, as was misleading.
But I am pleased with the rise anyhow.
Is the rise in price at the end of the week due to a complete 360 by Sean Keyes after admitting he's made an error. He must have read your posts Elrico!
Is that the reason for the c. 15% rise? Because there are now fewer shares less likely to be sold and therefore the price was being held back effectively holding it?
I heard a snippet on the radio this morning about Orkambi being too expensive for the NHS for treatment of cystic fibrosis. Will this have any bearing on Iclaprim in the future?
Is it possible for the decision to be announced before that date if they are ready? I understood it as the 13th being their deadline rather than a set in stone date of announcement.
The last audited figures were to 30th September 2017, where I would suggest any misstatement or combined misstatements over £2m should have been spotted. A lot can change in a year.
I don't understand (like CVR) how a VAT bill for a substantial amount can be hidden. Somebody must have known about it.
I'm really glad I didn't upgrade this from my shortlist to my buy list but good luck to everyone invested.
PS - My username is just an unfortunate coincidence and nothing to do with anyone in the company!
