Sounds like you protected your investment and then nailed a perfect entry and exit to me. Interesting RNS personally I think today's rise had a lot more to do with the divi and possible divi increases. There was a slight boost to the £ against the Euro (still weak though overall) also. I cannot see Turkey improving by a great deal. But IMO that's in the price and i know you are fully researched here, so won't bore you with my opinions but i think if TCG hold the gains this week I think it will be good as if you buy for divi you tend to hold for divi. For clarity, I have no current position here but sometimes dip in and out. Would love to be able to give you an opinion on Wimpey but I don't think it would be fair. I am not invested and unsure of direction. Good news today somewhat dampened by the dilution and GDP forecasts I guess but only a guess. I wish you the best of luck and hope it rockets for you. I am hoping it has a positive effect on my investment in CTP on a macro level. So in a way I'm rooting for your investment too. Happy for everyone here at TCG. To stick by the rules I mention no companies here but as you mentioned a influx in social housing and companies associated with it a company I have been holding for years might be of interest to you as it focuses on software and services to the social housing sector here and recently expanding into Australia. I figure Kestrel and others loaded up for a reason -you dont but 24% on a gamble. CTP will have its day in the sun, for the time being only the Funds and Instils appear to be taking advantage and buying the weakness in current share price, good luck to them. Obs I would prefer if it steamed ahead but looking at it like this. I want my pension to be bought cheap every year until the year I choose to sell it. Then I want it to rocket. Even our biggest derampers seem to suggest the long run here is going to be golden. Something I too believe and see happening. So for me, I buy the dips and wait for the rest to notice this is a company that is doing what it set out to do and I for one am impressed with the progress so far. Losing no sleep except when I am spending future profits in my head. IT IS A BUY.

Cracking news there. They seem to have a lot of faith in the company! So much good news not in the price. We watch the company grow expand and do extremely well and I continue to add when funds available. Have to keep reminding myself I need to eat sleep and live but with share price so low this week it's so tempting to throw everything at it.
