Persimmon you picked a range of 0.8 to 0.9 in last post which equates to 20% to 33% of current SP... you need to pick a figure for it to be a fair competition. I like the company despite the very low sentiment on this board. From the positive press coverage and company website, it looks promising to me and ticked all the right boxes for a transformation period in the company unfolding. I was not expecting to see the share price at �2-3, however, I did see it being above 50p before year out. But I have taken note of the posters here and their views and decided to hold off adding to my holding until it takes shape.

Yeah, I agree those that are new to the share are getting a premium discount at this level into a high profile, big asset company that investors before us mostly majors have paid for. For new investors, there is not much not to like. If a divi is announced this year that would be the icing on the cake.
