Spud of Colter Appraisal Well

Andalas Energy and Power Plc is pleased to announce that it has been notified
by Corallian Energy Limited ('Corallian'), the operator of the P1918 licence in
the Wessex Basin, that the Colter 98/11a-5 appraisal well ('the Well' or
'Colter') spudded at 10:10hrs on February 6th 2019. The drilling is expected
to take three weeks.

Andalas holds an 8% interest in the Well which will appraise a historic
discovery that lies immediately to the south of Europe's largest onshore oil
field at Wytch Farm. The discovery was made in 1986 by well 98/11-3, which
encountered a 10.5m oil column in the Sherwood Sandstone reservoir, the same
play that has proven to be so productive at Wytch Farm where over 450mmbbls
have been produced to date.

The Ensco-72 jack-up drilling unit has been contracted to drill the Well to an
intended total depth of 1,830m metres, with drilling expected to take
approximately three weeks. Colter will be drilled updip of 98/11-3 targeting
significant potential that has been identified following reprocessing of 3D
seismic data. Colter will evaluate a prospect that has been assessed to
contain gross unrisked Mean Prospective Resources of 22 million (1.76 net)
barrels of oil ("MMBO") recoverable (Operator estimate) and a further 1 million
(0.08 net) barrels of oil equivalent ("MMBOE") as gas.

Andalas Energy & Power PLC CEO, Simon Gorringe, said: "We are delighted to
announce the spud of the Colter appraisal well, which we invested in because of
its attractive risk return profile. The well is targeting a historic discovery
that lies close to existing infrastructure and is immediately south of Europe's
largest onshore oil field at Wytch Farm Field.

I became CEO and we look forward to announcing the results of this well, whilst
the Andalas team continues to work on the other opportunities in our

It looks like those that want shares are getting another chance to add before news from each of the drilling projects or maybe further news will come during the day.

SatoshiPay Fundraise and

Conversion of Loan Notes

Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU) provides an update in respect of its investee company SatoshiPay Ltd ("SatoshiPay").

SatoshiPay Fundraise

The Company has been informed by SatoshiPay that it has completed a private fundraise (the "Fundraise"), raising approximately GBP830k at a valuation of GBP15.0 million.

Conversion of Loan Notes

On 1 December 2017, the Company announced that it had subscribed for EUR200,000 of convertible loan notes ("CLN") issued by SatoshiPay. Under the terms of the CLN, the Company is able to convert the loan at a 15% discount to the valuation of SatoshiPay at its most recent fundraising round. The valuation of SatoshiPay used to determine the conversion price of the CLN is GBP15.0 million, based on the valuation of both the fundraise announced on 26 July 2018, and also the current SatoshiPay Fundraise.

Blue Star announces that is has now elected to convert the CLN into a further 249 shares in SatoshiPay.

Following the conversion of the CLN, and following the completion of the Fundraise, Blue Star will hold a total of 5,739 shares in SatoshiPay, representing approximately 29.4% of its issued share capital. At a valuation of approximately GBP15.8 million post money, the Company's shareholding in SatoshiPay is valued at approximately GBP4.7 million which is equivalent to approximately 0.23 pence per Blue Star share, excluding the Company's other investments.

Tony Fabrizi, CEO of Blue Star said: "We are pleased to exercise our conversion rights on the CLN and to maintain our shareholding at around 30%. The SatoshiPay private fundraise has secured support from experienced blockchain and fintech investors. Following the announcement last week regarding the partnership with Axel Springer and having now secured sufficient cash for its immediate needs we are confident SatoshiPay is well set for an exciting year."

Although to be fair rmp and 88e only announced that it would spud on the 15th February. As an ex holder of RMP (sold at 4.80) I wish holders of both shares every fortune but it is a different set of circumstances.

Vanadium Exploration Update

Jangada Mines plc, a natural resources company developing South America's largest and most advanced platinum group metals ('PGM') and nickel project, is pleased to provide an update on its vanadium exploration activities currently underway at the Ptombeiras West vanadium deposit in north-eastern Brazil.

Highlights

-- Expanded outcrop sampling campaign completed over the Ptombeiras West vanadium deposit

-- Results from 72 samples confirm continuous high-grade vanadium, titanium and iron grades at surface

-- Grades reported as high as 1.1 % vanadium (V(2) O(5) ), 14.3 % titanium (TiO(2) ) and 61.4 % iron (Fe)

-- Average sample grades include 0.91 % vanadium (V(2) O(5) ), 10.7 % Titanium (TiO(2) ) and 53 % iron (Fe)

-- Average grades for vanadium and titanium are 3x higher than initially anticipated by management

-- Exploration drilling continues at Ptombeiras West.

Brian McMaster, Executive Chairman of Jangada said, "Given the strong market fundamentals for vanadium, these results are excellent news for the Company and further enhance Pedra Branca's already strong economics. Vanadium had a particularly strong year in 2018, a trend anticipated to continue as word spreads of its energy storage potential, particularly the vanadium redox flow battery. With production output from China dropping, we anticipate that interest in other vanadium projects, including ours, is likely to rise."

Further Information

The Company has completed an outcrop sampling campaign using a handheld x-ray fluorescence spectrometer ('XRF') at the Ptombeiras West vanadium deposit as part of the recently initiated exploration programme. The campaign has followed up on previous work (as announced on 23 October 2017) and has confirmed the presence of continuous economic grades of vanadium, titanium and iron mineralisation. Samples were taken from 72 outcrop locations across the deposit. The new results have exceeded management's expectations and returned average grades three times higher than those of the previous programme. Iron grades have remained consistent throughout. Sampling results are presented in the table below.
