At a general meeting held earlier today, all the Resolutions were passed and the Proposals (as set out in the announcement of 12 April 2019) have completed.

It was a combination of the two.

Now I am not suggesting anyone else invest/trade etc. But for me it was worth the punt to find out.

Those buying around this level are getting a great price. Wish I had waited a bit.

For ages I could not work out the purpose of the images on Twitter of the ships etc using the port. I figured they were hoping that they could not pay back the loan and would, therefore,as the terms state lose the port. I notice that the company gets 'base rentals and usage charges'. Which means each of these ships are them money. In addition to the monies received from Dynamic Intertrade (Pty) Ltd, Dynamic Intertrade Agri (Pty) Ltd.

If Petredec and others was to use the port then those fees would go up exponentially.

'By early 2020, reliable and timely deliveries of gas from Petredec, the world’s largest independent LPG trader, will arrive in Mombasa, providing Kenya and the entire region with a safe, cost effective energy solution. Petredec will invest over KSH 5 billion (approximately US$50 million) into the LPG terminal and regional downstream assets.'

If they did manage to pull of a joint venture or the like this would add considerably. I was getting frustrated with the price but the current market cap makes this an attractivce buy.

Well, buyers seem to be taking advantage of price.

Will probably bounce higher and they will announce all sorts of gems tomorrow and I will feel bad for having a moan, haha.
