Bit of intuition and I might be wrong but it looks like price has been taken down to let Venn leave in an orderly market. I might have this completely wrong but I suspect along with TR going so are the shares. They did not have a huge amount and with the recent volume they should be near to done.

If this is the case then I am happy they are going at this price so we can move forward more freely. Also provided an opportunity for me to add a few this morning. Holdings RNS on the way in my view.

Can I ask that posters from here do not go to the GUN board and post negatives? As annoying as he is, we should rise above it. We are all trying to make money from our investments. Although I am all for a balanced discussion of positive and negatives this is not a game, it is peoples money. Bashing each other's investments out of spite is not acceptable.

Waccamacca: The price on these sites is coloured red or blue on a best guess basis. If price is below mid then it is red if price above mid then it is blue. But the only real price that matters is the current price and often those in the know will buy off the bid and sell at the ask.

Imagine you want to buy 20k worth of stock you call up your broker or the market maker and ask them to work your deal they will tell you they will try if it is possible. We can use this method too by selecting the price you want to pay and placing the order at that price. Rather than buying and selling at market price.

Also, remember that for every buyer there is a seller and vice versa.
