You won't till the holdings come through. The first indication will probably be the share price climbing, to be honest.

Woodford so far has not sold in open market chilting. Other funds have taken holdings elsewhere and I see no reason not to assume the same here. Remember he is not selling because of the company, but because he needs the funds. There is no guarantee they are selling but I think/hope they are. In my view, it is what has put the price down here and is likely to be a catalyst for a price climb once announced.

Chart looking rather bullish, I added to my punt and expect the price to move up.

The chartists out there will be eyeing this up at the moment. Looks good!

He was Carlton Communications. Which became ITV. So knows his chickens... My guess is he saw the opportunity and grabbed it with both hands. Could be a take over target or they could just see value in share price being industry experts.

New CEO seems to have vision and an impressive background in my honest view this is an opportunity to get a slice of a company on the cheap

transparent efforts there.

I am hanging around for a lot more. This was 3.6 not so long ago. The fact Tangent took stock shows they believe in the future prospects and they would know given their backgrounds.

Apart from the stock bouncing off the support level. I think it really comes down to who takes Woodford stock. No open market trades from him yet so if selling he will be looking for a fund to take stock. We saw what that did to BBSN recently so my guess is that is this is why the price is down here. Once shifted this should move up fast with any luck.

For clarity, I only have a punt here.

Lovely to see the company expanding to handle growth prospects and demand for services likely to increase. What a smart move putting the offices next to large US and EU Parmas.

With laws changing around the world and with EU 2017/745 Rule 21 it doesn't get much better than this.

Company expanding to handle growth prospects and demand for services likely to increase. With laws changing around the world and with EU 2017/745 Rule 21 their choice is to invest in their own microbiology labs and personnel, or out-source that to specialist service providers like Labskin. The clients get to see the test results on skins equipment as the results occur, live, so it is the closest to having their own in-house labs, but operating remotely.

Not to mention the company has proven the process over many years and is the logical choice. When you have something the market wants it becomes a case of charge what you want but that is the future. Right now you are getting a slice of a company growing into something quite impressive.

This is only one of the revenue streams. I urge people to do their own research and come to their own conclusions as I am very confident that they will like what they find and buy.
