No evidence other than speculation but based on my view of price action. I did not share because Persi comes out of the greenhouse and calls me delusional every time I share a thought based on price action.

We had the dip down into a consolidation area starting in early Dec. This is where the market profile suggests the majority of buying was between 0.719 and 0.733. We then had a dip down lower which was immediately bought (but by retail rather than another major IMO - I could tell this by the lower volume recovery.) And only after this did ruffer release the holdings update advising they had gone from 2% to 6%. I think this last dip was them testing to see if they had buying competition, and when they realized there was not, they dipped it a bit further to see if they could accumulate a few lower.

Currently, the price bid and ask are level at 0.63 which implies that it will dip to .62 for a moment or to if anyone is lucky enough to buy any.

In the medium term, it is all a bit pointless debate on my part. All I have to do is sit here holding and over the next weeks, months, etc. the price has a better than average chance of going up.

I pointed out a while back that it looked like some form of accumulation was taking place.

Anyone else think that Ruffer or another, could be adding at these levels?

Surprised you don’t already have level two 65jh - I would not want to be short and trading with an amateur information level.

One Rnsfrom the company or a decent bit of PR and you could be broke for 15 minutes before you even knew it.

Be careful shorting popular stocks. Sentiment can wipe you out very quickly.

Until brokers take the time to re-evalute RBD there is nothing the company can do.

Having said that applying pressure to your broker is what I would encourage. People often forget that they can challenge their brokers and the customer (you) is powerful. I got compensation from my broker last week for challenging them not excuting a trade. I would say put the complaint in writing and await their call.

I am excited about the future here. If it takes a week, a month or a year, I don't mind. It is not like I have to dig the holes or do anything more than put my feet up and wait for the price to double, treble or more.

Go for a walk, read a book, talk to the family, cook up a great roast, do something exciting, pop out for an afternoon pint.and bag of cheese and onion - you work on this investment is done for the day..

Persimmon when you talk like this it is very transparent mate. Either put more effort in or give up and by here. You could have had an entry at .63 yesterday but greed got in the way.

There were actually quite a few large orders today. About £70k in worked orders. Two £13k buys printed and 3 unknowns on my software.
