The key to making money with #fab is to position yourself now, before the money, staff, r&d, and facilities comes, because once the money, staff, r&d and facilities become available, it is already too late.

There simply isn’t enough issued stock to build a decent sized position.

By the time them flashing RNS’s flash, by the time the main stream news start noticing and reporting on Fusion Antibodies, it is probably too late.

As soon as fab can multiply their work force, and their ability to do a lot more work, at a much reduced cost, the contract numbers will start shooting up and so will the cost of owning shares.

That is why I think now is the time to build a position. Before it is too late.

Forecast change. We have updated our FY’25 forecasts slightly, showing sales reaching the £2.0m threshold and EBITDA loss at -£0.9m, to reflect recent cost reductions. Management expects not to raise additional cash, and we are inclined to believe it, which we reflect in our model. With a more diverse pipeline and attractive new technologies, we have confidence in FAB's ability to reach more clients and win more contracts that will bring higher-margin figures.

With cash continuing to be well controlled, we don’t expect Fusion to raise any further capital and we forecast a closing net cash for FY’25 at £0.39m

Investment case. In our view, Fusion is clearly undervalued compared with its peers. When balanced with FairJourney and its recent €900m valuation, FAB’s current market capitalisation of £4.2m reflects neither the investment made nor the technology. We believe that the market has not yet accounted for the current recovery in sales and orderbook, or for the potential of the new proprietary platforms (OptiMAL®, OptiPhage™ and AI/ML-Ab™). This is just a matter of time, and the current interim results trading statement presents FAB with a much improved outlook and stronger bases.
