Most appear to be waiting for 100% confirmation before piling in which makes sense when it is a protestor and anti oil tweeter posting videos we are all a little hesitant to take the opportunity.

Yes they have polished their pens for 6 months and over the last few weeks are in signing ceremonies mode! Seems to currently be a push to speed up. Lets hope it is us next.
