Native Title Argreement Signed
-- End of Q3 2023 .
Is anyone else baffled by why the native agreement is expected to take so long. Assuming mining permission was applied for in april last year as we were told. I really could do with some sort of an explanation on this.
This heritage approval is out of ufos hand , but extremely frustrating. Looks like the new heritage official will have a huge backlog of work to service.
I've noticed a few comments doubting that the recent rns and interview is enough to increase the share price.
Two and a half years ago the price spiked on little more than this. Those doubters have been proved correct so far, but once real news comes and contracts are signed , then the price on offer will be less of a bargain. So where are all the speculative investors that usually are attracted to aim by companys with promise such as alien metals. There are plenty already here like myself who have this as their main investment. Some as their only investment. Maybe aim has lost its appeal and all the money going into physical gold accumulation
Hi Bancal.
Have you seen the interview rod did. I think it answers all our questions instead of replying individually.

Morning normbeef.
My take on the information twist , was that was the reason for the recent lack of communication is the lack of info has obviously caused friction between rod and the ufo investors and he is well aware of how we have been feeling. Going forward and especially once ufo are earning, i think we will get a more relaxed approach and of course the company will outline its future projections. Maybe once that is done they won't comment until projected milestones are passed, but that's better than missing deadlines for reasons beyond their control.
A very good interview, which has certainly helped me relax on timelines. I look forward to an exciting 2nd half of 2023 and even more exciting 2024
Silverhorse where did you get this quote from.
I've looked and can't see this information anywhere.
Please post a link silverhorse or maybe you made a mistake.
Hi max.
My post wasn't a deramp. Also i am well invested here.
You must accept that there are questions that need to be answered. Are you really saying the heritage agreement is taking 9 months. A simple interview to big the company up would go a long way. Some of the complaints about r.m are concerning and I'm sure he will be well aware of the fall out and comments over at bluejay and that we will have heard about these concerns.
Without wanting to risk a libel charge. What we were told by the previous regime appears to not be the case as there are apparent contradictions in the recent rns. Assays that haven't appeared. Mining licenses that apparently haven't been applied for when we we led to believe they were . In the recent timeline r.n.s mining permission is expected by the end of quarter three 2023,Supposedly 18 months after it was applied for. Also why would anglo american sign up and agree prices six months before permission to mine and a probable nine months before any substantial production. If ufo hope to attract more investors i believe they need to improve their investor relations and quickly.
Oops sorry.Quoting yayay
the KNAC's 'Calendar' on its website is a little bit more explicit now. It says "A reminder to our stakeholders that KNAC will not be participating in any Heritage services activity, Native Title meetings or external committees between December and February. As previously advised, these activities are scheduled from March 2023".
Depending on where we are in the pecking order it could easily be a month yet before heritage clearance

My turn to agree with you wents. However future rises will be offset with profit taking and previously underwater investors jumping ship. I think we will see a large amount of volatility for the first 3 months of any notable rise before calming down. Those asking for slow and steady will be disappointed in my view. I do think an improvement in company investor information release would help with that. But it appears our new man at the top couldn't give a fig about his investors
I don't think its the lack of rns's that's causing a problem so much as everything bbg said has gone out of the window and the new timelines don't correspond with them. Mining permission by the end of quarter 3 has me scratching my head. Also prices fixed and signed six months before that permission is a strange one in todays world.
Hi max111
What's your thoughts on the chances Anglo deal signed before we get the mining licence . Going forward we seem more organised but it looks like bbg was telling us porkies about the mining application last april.
The timelines in the new presentation are interesting and changes the perception that we had from bbg.
END Q1---project procurement process finalised. Firm pricing & contracts locked in.
END Q2---- alien provides $5m required for anglo deal and deal signed.
END Q3---- mining license granted and start operations.
END Q4--- first shipment leaves handc0ck.
Interesting that mining licence now expected in q3.
No mention of the 2month due diligence with Anglo.
Hoping but not expecting more detail as we go along. Start of road building and sub contractor info for instance.
Just my musings as I've adjusted my expectations to suit.
I hope we can stick to these timelines as the opportunities regarding iron ore prices are tremendous
5x5Croire.
I hope we are both right. Its slow progress here i know, if we can use that to our advantage and buy in cheap then patience is needed but the rewards will be there. I believe the company is evolving and mistakes have been made which makes it difficult at times. But i think this is a fantastic opportunity but i am only an amateur and i hope people do their own research.
Wow that's my average below 1p. Not as good as a lot I've Seen on here but i think i will be pleased with that in a few months
Hey napthman. What about you so called inside info. Was it just a guess
Yet another top up. Gambling that we don't dilute to raise the rest of the set up costs.
Yayay.
Nice work. Shame that we have to do this digging ourselves no pun intended
