Bring back 1p and I can top up!
Big buy if it is??
Well, I've found some employees on LinkedIn of CoolRU. I've asked for help on info but I doubt they'll respond.
All good thanks Amtech. Just hoping for a recovery on this one? Seems to be positive news and regular updates which is good.
I look here every day but it's just not the same as back in the day! I won't count my chickens on this graphite play but let us be honest it couldn't be worse that AMD or Gold.
Dam, put nearly £20k in to here and I wont risk any further funds given past form. I'll get out before my average but will try to get as much back as possible.
Been here since it was called WET, about 9/10 years I guess.
Yea, just another 10p to go to breakeven!! Looks like we are moving forward positively but we've been down this road before admittedly with a board no longer with us. Patience is a virtue.
That is averaged down Pumps!! Over 30p at one point.
Feel your pain but with an average of 12p I have some way to go!
Standard for mining. Very few would fund the build unless the process has been thorough in calculating the opportunity. The scoping, feasibility, definitive all steps to that goal. Look, no board are perfect but these guys are a million times better than Lewis & Marks.
Feeling your pain VHor. Similar amount invested but you have a slightly better average than me but still in deep waters. Been here since 2011 when it was Watermark, so many promises broken. It does appear we might finally see as positive outcome.
Good thanks Amtech. Just having a little giggle at the optimism, we've not seen that before have we?. Let's hope this finally makes progress, news flow much improved from Lewis and Marks. Appears to be a good asset with a booming market heading its way for graphite. Everything crossed.
Should be a JORC increase according to last RNS.
Woop woop back over 2p, only need this to 6 bag now to break even!
Good Amtech, getting very old waiting for my 12p average to recover a bit and then it will be exit time. It's a shame as the asset is decent, shame the recurring theme of buy, dilute, dilute, dilute, sell for nothing, buy asset, dilute, dilute continues.
Still here Pumpky but more of a voyeur these days. With regards the action group, we did have at one point enough shares to call the AGM. However, Lewis and Marks stalled me after several hour long conversations promising impending good news(I thought it was Mpokoto but it was graphite). They then diluted the **** out of the share putting us in a place where we only held 3% or less. I've been in action groups before and there are few opportunities with timings to go ahead and press that button, we missed our small window. We will never know why but Mark and Lewis departed not long after but the current bunch seem to continue in the same vein.
I sent an email yesterday complaining about the lack of update ref shareholder distribution and woke up this morning with a response from Phil Killen(CFO/Co Sec), it reads: Prior to making the in specie distribution of its interest in Hampton Mining Limited (owner of MNC’s interest in the Los Calatos Project) the Company needs to address a number of matters including operation of Hampton going forward, a secondary market for Hampton shareholders and to obtain various tax rulings. The Board thought it best to first resolve these matters prior to proceeding to seek approval for a capital dividend. It's the only reason I haven't sold out yet as I am hopeful this will reduce my loses? Have to say I wasn't expecting any response from those on here who criticise MNC comms but pleased to have such a quick answer.
I disagree. He's been placed there by Redfield who own 8%, it's got to be a good thing to have someone at board level who will have influence but has to report back and ensure Redfield's interests are best supported. As a substantial shareholder, if outcomes are good for them then surely it will benefit all shareholders? My hope is that Howe will finally be made accountable!
"Let's see what happens with the capital distribution." This the key for me and how he really perceives shareholders. I have only been here about 18 months and its clear that Howe is not diligent or a very good negotiator imho.
