I'm laughing at the lemming panic sell off over house builders. Just goes to show how many people are incapable of calculating the intrinsic value of any security. As for stock brokers, well they know the price of everything and the value of nothing and are good at making fortune tellers look good. After 5 years in BDEV my position is hold for a very long time.

Decided to acept taking a very large loss on this. With forecasts against the market and this share appearing to be a dud I'm out. :(

I have complained in the past about this share. The directors seem to have no regard or understanding for us share holders and so we see the SP creep down as one by one we lose patience with them. I originally bought in at 29p and others are higher but I'm more likely to see my death bed than this USELESS company get back to 29p. We don't want promises, we want financial results.

Every time I look at the CRA share price I suddenly start to feel sick....

I contacted Corac and guess what? no response. I am so upset at the way this company has been handled and how the SP has just fallen. I'm seriously tempted to sell up.

Potential is no good, we have had that for years now. Long term shareholders want long overdue results.

I'm sorry you feel you have to cut your losses. I think someone at the company should be made answerable to the demise of the SP to the level it has gone to. It's basically down 40% from its rights issue price from 2009. I took up the offer but I feel neglected by the company and its time someone is made accountable for this destruction of the SP. I will be sending an email to Corac as its time for share holders to start to take action.

Correct. Someone deserves a sacking for letting the SP go to ruin like this. Absolute joke.

When you say long term, is that 100years? Of course most unlikely nuclear war and any military war but an economic war? Fact: The whole region is coming apart and isn't going to be fixed over night. If you like the risk then go for it.

Money is pouring out of Russia and won't be going back there for a while. People are panic selling over there.

This is going to rocket, been too low for too long, Investment into the new tech over the years paying off along with attention now returning back to this sector

This I beleive is a safe steady rise with some more to go, bought in today after following for a while

Why is the NAV so low for 2012? I bought in at the last placing of 15p, clearly a bad buy, now got another offer which I guess means they are over budget. It seems if a company does a placing it is best to sell up and find something else better.Also it usually takes minimum a 12month before the SP recovers from a placing. It's tiring reading these promises in the RNS. I have been a long term holder here unfortunately. I will stick with this one back to 30p as that is where I bought in but probably looking at another 2years before that happens
